    I just stopped by for a test drive and was met by Tim who had sold me a car 8 years ago. The fact the he was still there reinforced my decision to go there. These days 8 years at a company are an eternity and it shows that they treat their employees well which is important to me. Low pressure sales and a decent offer for my trade closed the deal. Check out Sentry in Shrewsbury and ask for Tim.

    I have never been treated such a disrespectful way in my life before. I talked over the phone with service manager Jim. He sounded nice and helpful. When I brought my car, I was treated very disrespectful by Dan. As I was trying to explain issues with my car, he started back talking to me with so rude and disrespectful attitude. I even told him that I've been to services before but never treated like that and he told me he has never seen a person like me and he came up close to my face by opening his eyes wide. I was in shock. He continued to talk in a very disrespectful manner that I ended up asking my car keys and left the service. The only thing I was thinking at that moment, how will I trust Mazda Sentry's car service, if they already not know how to communicate. So disappointing.
