I had regular maintenance on my 2019 Tundra.

I had regular maintenance on my 2019 Tundra. The Service Rep John Thomas met me with his usual handshake and smile. My oil change and tire rotation was complete in less than 2-hours. This is by far the best customer service I have received for 3 of my Toyota products. What is key is, I don't have to come back and complain for poor quality work. They service our vehicles and keep my family safe and functioning. I simply don't trust any other Toyota dealership. Mr. B.

Everything went decently.

Everything went decently. However, I believe I waited too long for a factory maintenance. I had an appointment at 3pm and did not receive my car until 2 hours later at 5. I was never given an estimated wait time or an update. I can’t help but believe that my car service was forgotten until I finally asked about when my car would be ready, which only then after 25 mins my car was ready.

Marietta Toyota was excellent.

Marietta Toyota was excellent. We bought our first Toyota from Marietta in 1999. We just purchased a new 2024 Camry with the help from Jimmie Wilson. He was a pleasure to deal with. He was helpful in every way and has called offering to help us with getting everything understood on the car. We are older and he is still being very understanding with our needs. We recommend him in every way. He was an excellent salesman, a caring man and very kind to us.

The experience is lacking-- every time I've driven up to

The experience is lacking-- every time I've driven up to the service center, it has taken multiple minutes to even catch an employee's eye. There is no acknowledgement of a customer's arrival.... I don't expect a Moe's greeting, but given it has been Every.Single.Time. it shows a shocking lack of customer awareness or appreciation. I feel taken advantage of, since I am locked into using the service center. When I've asked questions about a coverage policy, I've been bounced around from person to person to person without a clear answer... and when I have gotten answers, most of the time they have been incorrect in some way. Shows a lack of education for the employees that is untenable, in my opinion.
