I brought my car in for express service.
I brought my car in for express service. I had never been to this dealer before. When I arrived, I was told I had express service and did not have an advisor and to go inside. I sat in the waiting area for almost two hours and when I went to check on my car, it was still sitting in the drop off area. I went to the nearest person who wasn’t busy and he said that since an advisor wasn’t assigned, my car wasn’t touched. I was not happy. To their credit, they rushed me through and comped the service. They were very apologetic. They need to improve their checking procedures

We found a car at Carmax that we fell in love with and
We found a car at Carmax that we fell in love with and paid for shipping (despite seeing a not so good Carfax after the fact). Got a call the next day it should not have been available to purchase and canceled our order. I was so upset. After that I out about Autonation. Staff at Mercedes Reno was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any questions or needs. They gave us a fair price for our trade in. We had a MDX type S advanced shipped from another autonation dealership and it came incredibly fast! The car is only a few years old but looks brand new! Would definitely do business here again and NOT Carmax!
