Wolfchase Honda

This was our first experience purchasing from Wolfchase Honda. Mr. Jerry and especially Luis took time and answered all of our questions and let us drive as many vehicles as needed in order for us to choose our next automobile. Both gentlemen were also very knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to work with. The young man who assisted us with all of the features and electronics was also friendly and knowledgeable about our SUV.

The vehicle was as advertised, service was quick and efficient. I was a little disappointed that the key fobs were dead and had not been ready to go. It makes me a little uncertain about the rest of the certified inspection process.

I was scheduled to test drive a Honda CR-V. I was seen promptly and with utmost concerns for my needs. Agent Greg King was assigned to me and was extremely kind and efficient.

Wasn't happy by the xxxx price surprise right after the service where else i had already asked about it before. disappointing, unprofessional and poor communication service. I was charged almost double the average price for oil change.

Service was prompt and efficient. Dexter Alexander is a wonderful service agent and is always attentive to my needs. Prices are reasonable. Honda customer for life!
