Great Buying Experience and Fair Prices

I have purchased 2 cars at Planet Honda in the last 3 years and both times I have had an excellent experience. I most recently purchased a Pilot and Sarah Trujillo made the buying process very easy for me. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle never pressured me or tried to up-sell me on a higher trim than I was looking for. I ended up getting every feature that I wanted at a fair price (as well as a competitive trade-in value for my previous car) and will definitely go back to Planet Honda when I need another vehicle.

Easy, transparent, friendly experience

A very friendly atmosphere - joking and support amongst peers. Easy, transparent transaction- no haggling. Easy to discuss and compare options and costs. Sales rep was easy to talk to, share interests as well as concerns.

Car repair

My 2008 Honda CRV needed repairs to the air conditioning system. Service Advisor Levi was quick to advise the proper repair and to get the repair done in one day.

Great Repair Job

Planet Honda did a grat job with the repair of my brakes. They kept me informed each step of the repair. Phong was a pleasure to work with.

CR-V: Overall a reasonable experience with a hiccup

Price and process generally fair. No pressure. Did not care for the method of pricing the trade-in. The overview of all the new car features was a bit excessive, but maybe necessary for other customers. There was an issue with the trade-in with the original Audi financing on the trade (and probably dishonest Audi Financial Services), it was really hard to get a response from Planet Honda that there was a problem in the first place and second what the resolution was. Called or emailed the sales guy, sales manager, financing person and eventually I had to get the GM involved, where simple communication, acknowledgement of the problem, and what happening to resolve the issue would have been less stressful and less hassle. btw- this was our 3rd new car purchase from Planet Honda. Follow through, returning calls, or returning emails by Planet Honda would have raised this to a five star experience. I _might_ be back in a year for Passport, or I might try a different dealer if the Passport is still what I'm looking for. Undecided...

Great fast service

Planet Honda did the work in an hour and didn’t do any unnecessary work. They are friendly, and they text you A LOT. Go there.

I bought a new car at Planet Honda

My experience at Planet Honda was amazing. Ed Mueller helped me with the buying process and he went above and beyond. He was very patient and helpful, and really calmed my nerves as a first time (alone) buyer. He did an excellent job and really took the time to explain all the features of the car with me. He’s great. The man who did my financing, D. Dobson, is amazing, as well. He was very helpful and really went the extra mile to get me a good rate and accommodate me. He was informative and very thorough with my paperwork and explaining everything to me. He was great. The accessories and service departments are also amazing. The dealership is very nice and I would highly recommend it.

Excellent service

Both the Honda Service Advisor and the technician provided excellent service. Matt was courteous and worked diligently to allow me to use the maximum coupon discount. I appreciate the video images that allowed me to see the work performed by technician.

No pressure here

Ed was very welcoming and found us the used cars we were looking for that wasn’t even out on the lot yet. After the test drive and we said let’s do it, he took great care of checking in on us during the financing wait. Since our financing was a go, and we decided to buy very quickly, it would be nice to shorten the process so you aren’t there so long, but overall great experience!
