    Ed, my service advisor, was very helpful and attentive. He stayed in communicstion with me while my Sorento was having regular maintenance. I found the... price to be reasonable too. I highly recommend Ed and this Kia dealership.

    Grayson checked me in promptly for two Kia recall repairs that needed to be done on my Optima. He gave me an estimate on how long the work would take... and then notified me by text when the work was done. The completion time was right in line with his estimate. The repairs were done at no cost because they were part of a Kia recall plus I got a free multi-point inspection and free car wash. Thank you for your exceptional service!

    Really great compared to the Dealership i was at the day before going to this dealership and actually just being asked what i was looking for and the way... i was aproched by the sales guy he was there to help and not sell me into anything i didnt ask for, which was great compared to the place i went to previous that tried to get me into cars i didnt want with automatic transimssions

    Service Dept. at Earnhardt Kia is excellent! Very professional yet down to earth. I receive an in depth explanation of what’s up with my vehicle... without being condescending. As a female this can occur at dealerships. Keep up the good work ya’ll!!

    I have dealt with both Ed and Grayson for service issues. These men are gentlemen. Polite. Courteous. Professional. Knowledgeable. I know when I... go there my car is going to be taken care of and their treatment of the customer is top-notch. They always check on me while I'm waiting and keep me updated on the service process. It is always prompt. I never have to wonder what is happening. And Larry, their manager, is the best as well. Frankly, I would not take my car to be serviced anywhere else. They are simply the best. Thanks guys.
