George & Grady did a great job.

George & Grady did a great job. Had a misunderstanding regarding the market adjustment up rather than down off retail.

This dealership sold me a LEMON.

This dealership sold me a LEMON. Bought a brand new 2023 rav4 XLE on 6/23. Called 6/26 as I already needed gas noticed a gas leak and was told I overfilled the tank. Few days later my check gas cap light came on and check engine. Read code and it stated gas cap and EVAP leak. Took to dealer on 7/8 and was told by Lao nothing was wrong with my car. 7/18 the light came back on. Greg and Eli found there was a corrugated pipe cracked and needed to replace the whole gas tank. On 7/27 I was driving on 77 going 70mph and all the dash lights turned on and the car shut off. I sat on the side of the road for 1 hour 30 before a tow came because Toyota roadside failed to communicate. I had to call this dealer to find out about what was wrong on 8/4. Justina told me the issue was a bad fuel sending unit. Again, another fuel issue. They fixed the problem but didn’t even test drive it. I had to ask for it to be driven for the computers to reset as I am fearful of the car… MY BRAND NEW CAR. It was driven. Toyota corporate has been the absolute worst. I was lied to about a rental and yelled at. They do not care about their customers and play ping pong on whose responsibility it is. I will never buy another brand new car here as they charge a $3000 market adjustment for THEIR LOW STOCK problem. Throwing cheaply, poorly made cars together and the customer is left holding the bag. I provided you a running, in good shape vehicle, why would you charge me that? Don’t get me started on the fact YOU have to buy the floor mats

Watch out for smooth talking slimey salesman / "upgrade

Watch out for smooth talking slimey salesman / "upgrade manager" Roger Dye. He is so smooth, he cons people into deposits/hold money on cars not even on parking lot. Very disgusting practices to work smoothly to take $1000 from people. This dealership should be ashamed in going for non refundable deposits. Especially $1000. Also Toyota North Charlotte prices their cars $3000-4000 above competing toyota dealers. Their finance and lease terms will rip you off! I warn u all, shop outside of Charlotte toyota dealers for GOOD deals. Every non charlotte toyota dealer is reasonable, with lower dealer fees too. I warn u all, DO NOT put deposits down. Roger is not compassionate to understand things change with car shoppers. I normally dont care do bad reviews but they deserve to be blasted all over unless they make things right

Despite their TV ads and website making it seem this

Despite their TV ads and website making it seem this dealership will be easy to work with, their internet sales team was unwilling to provide me with a simple price quote on the vehicle I was interested in unless I first visited in person to meet with a sales advisor. What's the point of having an internet sales team if this is your sales approach? Very misleading TV ads, and overall a frustrating experience that gave me no reason to trust their business integrity if I can't even get a written quote. I expected better service than this from a Toyota dealership's new vehicle sales team! I ended up requesting pricing from three different sales advisors with no results before I finally moved on and made a purchase from a different dealership that provided much better service and transparent communication.

I was not pleased at all about this dealership.

I was not pleased at all about this dealership. "Larry" was my sales person who lied and gave me an offer of $1500 on my 2009 Camry. Carmax had offered me $3500 and I should have traded there. It was also told to me that a "dummy" vin number would be issued until my ordered car would come in and then the vin number would be correct. I have talked to several friends who are car salesmen and they have laughed at this... Have been looking to get rid of the piece of crap that was sold to me... AND all sales people have thought your dealings were flim- flamming me. Also Hoo dooed me on financing... Would NEVER recommend this dealership to ANYONE. I am trading this xxx that was sold to me... Don't even deserve a 1 star...

Avoid this dealership at all cost.

Avoid this dealership at all cost. They mark up their cars and do not honor their ads. I tried to obtain the $99 per month corolla but they told me since rht e-marketing was in their favor they couldn't honor that price. I pay $299 per month for a base corolla. I was also promised tints and upgrades floormats. Didn't get any of those promises. Don't bothering going to this place and you're welcome.

Toyota of North Charlotte has a Market Value Adjustment

Toyota of North Charlotte has a Market Value Adjustment on a new 2023 Sequoia of $20,000. Avoid this place at all cost! The greed of the dealership is unreal! I asked management how Toyota felt about them doing that and was told Toyota didn’t really care.
