We first went to Toyota to look at at Highlander and thought that would be our purchase. However, when the salesman at the Honda dealership went through... the safety features of the Pilot, we found ourselves reconsidering the Highlander. To top it off, this dealership has a lifetime warranty on their vehicles. I understand most people get rid of their vehicles when they get over a certain amount of miles, but if you're wanting to keep a vehicle, this place is where to go.
“Totally and utterly unprofessional” Pretty awful experience. Racist's/totally and utterly unprofessional front desk and sales staff.. never EVER again.... Stop mocking customer's culture and relegion. Worst dealing with customers, making jokes on the customers is inappropriate. I dont know why I'm even giving 1 star. It is a shame that car dealers are still allowed to act this way. Buyer Beware!

You made an appointment but 3 hours in delay to check your car. The explanation was they didn’t have enough mechanics. Why give me time slot for the appointment... if they don’t have enough mechanics. I wasted my whole day to wait and make arrangement for my spouse to pick me up and etc. I will never go back to them again.
This is the second time I have been to Honda Carland’s service department and both times have been extremely disappointed. Today was the last straw! I... brought my sons Honda in (by appointment) to have the air condition checked at 10:30 a.m. They call at 4:00 p.m. stating they did not have time to even look at it! I had an appointment and got the car there on time. My son goes back to college in a couple of days and I wasted a whole day! Unacceptable! Next year we will be in the market for a new car for my husband and we WILL NOT be shopping there!
As always Honda Carland is excellent. The service is superior. Buy and service my cars only at Honda Carland Roswell Ga. excellent in every way. Love that... service agents have been there a ling time so you can develop a great rapport.
My advisor David was great! As was the rest of the team I spoke with. They repaired my window, replaced my breaks, and took care of my recall. I am very... pleased with the quality of repairs and customer service.
Michael did a great job. HE ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. He i also very personal and easy to talk to. He followed up with us when ever we called.
I have been using Honda Carland for a couple of decades and have previously been pleased with their customer service. My last visit was a big disappointment,... though, and this one started out poorly with brisk customer service agents all too busy to even greet customers. Some of the long-time customer service agents that I have enjoyed in the past seem to have either burnt out or be too busy to be helpful. I was tempted to leave and find another car dealership for the future when Michael Ledwitz walked in, greeted me in a friendly manner, and said he'd be right with me. Michael totally turned this visit around for me. He went above and beyond to fix the problem and keep me updated in a very friendly and courteous manner. When I left, I was totally happy and the car was fixed properly this time. Huge thanks to Michael for being so great at customer service.
