I was very pleased with the attention, time, and energy...

I was very pleased with the attention, time, and energy that Mr. Thomas gave me. He listened to my wants and needs, asked several questions before we started to discuss vehicles and price range that I desired. He was patient, answered all of my questions in a very pleasant tone of voice. He never tried to sway my opinion in any way. He always took time to answer my questions and to explain each vehicles good points to me. All things considered, I will refer friend and neighbors to this dealership and recoment that they ask for Mark Thomas. Patricia Thomas

I was told things in my car would be taken care of by...

I was told things in my car would be taken care of by honda carland and they were not done so. I paid out of pocket to get my visor fixed, my tail light was out, i recieved a ticket and had to pay for a new light, I was told I would be given a full tank of gas and when i drove off the lot it was less than 3/4 of a tank. I emailed Mark Thomas about he visor as soon as I got home from the lot and he said it would be taken care of. When my vehicle was taken to regal nissan where mr thomas told me to take it, the dealership told me the only thing taken care of will be the air bag sensor. I bought my car sunday april 11 and I have already had the maintence light come on. I am very upset that I was allowed to drive off the lot with all these problems not taken care of. I would not refer anyone I know to honda carland.

Craig Harris is the best sales person that I have ever work with. We told him what we were looking for the price range. He had what we wanted and it was in the price range. I would recommend Honda Carland to everyone and I would also tell them to deal with Craig and you want go wrong.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our 2010 Odyssey...

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our 2010 Odyssey EX-L from Honda Carland in Alpharetta. We walked in and were initially met by Tim. No Pressure as we were just browsing and were late for an appointment downtown. Tim gave us a quick overview of the Odyssey features and options (He was very knowledgeable) and we left with his business card. I call him the next day to setup a test drive for my wife and myself. We came in for the test drive and we loved the Odyssey. We liked the EX-L W/RES and Tim did not pressure us at all. I had done some research and found some good prices on the internet. Tim was able to match the internet price and the deal was done. We have had the Odyssey for about 2 weeks and are very happy with it. Tim Bragassa was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend this dealer to my friends and family.

Mark was great, best experience of getting a new car ever. We love Honda carland, they have a great service department and really care about their customers. This is the third car in a row that we have leased thru them and will continue to do business with them if they maintain their current commitment to their customers.

I've been buying Honda cars from this dealer for many...

I've been buying Honda cars from this dealer for many years. Their total overall car buying experience is low pressured and friendly. I am always pleased with the end results. I was introduced to the head of the service department after Tim and I finished running the numbers on the 2010 Accord. Great product, good service, and great deals! Honda Carland will meet or beat any reasonable offer. I am HCL's biggest fan!

Mark Thomas was terrific. I drove from Virginia (over 600 miles and 10 hours away) because the deal was so good. Everything was handled smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. Great service all around. No pressure, all questions answered, and friendly attitude.

Bob Duval Tim was very helpful and knowledgeable. The lease went as expected, and the car was ready for my use at the time expected. Would recommend the dealer and the salesman to future buyers. This is the second Honda I have purchaed from this dealer.

Mark was extremely helpful, both online, on the phone and in person. We got a clean van at a great price. The staff was friendly--most of our contact was with Mark. We appreciated our experience and hope the Odyssey serves us for many years! The process was simple and fairly quick. Overall we were VERY please.
