    I have been looking to lease a car for months now but every dealer i have went to they are impatient and could care less if they make the sale or not. This experience was different phil was very patient and determined to get the car i want for a reasonable price Will definietely continue to do business with him.

    Absolutely painless experience. Joanne was highly recommended and after our visit I could see why. Extremely helpful and knowledgable about the vehicle. After purchase she took the time to go through every single button, feature and settings of the car! You will not go wrong. Every single person at the dealership was friendly courteous and professional to a tee.

    Great!!!!! Above and beyond!!!! My experience was above and beyond,my experience was courteousness, compassion, patients , knowledgeableness, etc, etc. I felt safe and not as a quick sale. John Marshal is definitely the sales person of the year for me. I Will refer many more people my daughter is so so so happy it's her first new car. John Marshal just took very good care of us . This is the first time I've ever gone into a dealership on a Sunday, test drove cars just to get a feel and completed a deal and drove off the lot the same day. GO TO ATLANTIC HONDA IN BAYSHORE, ASK FOR JOHN MARSHAL*****

    After being denied at so many other dealerships I walked into Honda , was greeted by Philip & he is the reason why I drove out that parking lot with a brand new 2017 accord , completely satisfied. Phil answered all my million questions and concerns , led me in the right direction and mad emy car shopping easy and Im a happy camper.

    Phil was an amazing sales rep! I came in KNOWING I wouldn't be approved for a car but somehow Phil made it happen! He was so personable and made the experience for me extremely comfortable. I hate car shopping because it's long and gruesome. However, he made the time worth waiting for and he made sure all my needs were met. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family as well as Bayshore Honda. Oh and if you need a good laugh while you wait, ask for Philip Ward! Thanks for your service!

    After being so happy about my brand new car, a week after everything changed. I got the car on May 17th, the same night the car kept showing a " low pressure tired" message ( TPMS). I went to a gas station and some of the tires had more pressure and I fixed it. The next day, the car showed me the same message and I decided to contact the guy who sold me the car. He said that was normal for a car that was parked for a long time. A week after I got a flat tire. I changed the tire and went to the service station. The guy over there was very nice and he explained to me that it was a patch and they were going to fix it. An hour later, he came back saying " I don't have good news" and he showed me a huge metal piece that was on the tire and they didn't even know what it was ( I saved the piece and still have it) i told him the story about the TPMS message and he told me to go across the street to speak to the manager and the guy that sold me the car because it was just a week old. I spoke to the manager ( Clay) and then he said that they only thing he could do for me was giving me a discount. Ok fine, I have to pay for it, I'll do it. After he said that he said he was feeling really bad about it and that he wanted to do something for me and took money out of his pocket and said " I'll give you the difference" what an offensive way to fix my problem. But that's not it. When I was about to leave he said again he was feeling really bad and If i didn't want the money he could take me out to dinner!!! Ok, this guy saw me a week ago with my kids and my husband looking for a car and getting the car! What is wrong with him??? I'm not coming back to that dealer, no! I don't to go to a place when some of the people that works there don't have any respect for their customers. I was out of the country and that's why I'm just writing this review. And Tomorrow I'm going to make a few phone calls too. It's sad that the dealer is looking bad for some of its employees. Very sad!
