Run by LIARS, every word a lie

They lied to me constantly, lied about the price, lied about condition, everything here is a lie. Stay away, no more lies. Liars seem to be more common these days then they are not. Generally stay away the listings are fake and misleading.

Scammy dealer, stay away!

This dealership is currently listing an LS460 for sale with less than 50,000 miles. If you go and check, however, you'll see that the carfax has regular reported maintenance items done at Lexus of Nevada showing well over 200,000 miles on it. No mention on the ad and nothing was mentioned when I called to ask about this car. Buyer beware, they will take you for a ride but it's not the ride you're looking for when spending this kind of money.

Run Away

Lied to me about the condition of the car. I drove 30 minutes away to arrive and they were told that there was a dead battery. Turns out, the alternator was shot. Lost an afternoon with this fiasco.

Lied to me over basic stuff, over and over again

Let me sum this up by saying this dealer lied to me repeatedly for over a week and caused me actual financial harm. The frequency and willingness to lie to me is shocking. Avoid this place at all costs. I texted this location on a Thursday to buy a car in cash. We agreed on a price and then they sent me information for financing. I explained Im buying in cash. At this point we had an agreement to purchase the car. I asked for the car to be taken to a shop within a 10 minute drive of the location. I was told they would take it that day. I texted back later that day with no reply. I sent a couple texts over the weekend with no reply I texted with them again on Monday and they said they would take it that day. I also called to try and place a deposit over the phone with no answer. I texted later that Monday with no reply. I also called again to try and place a deposit. I texted with them again on Tuesday, they promised they would take the car to the shop that day. I called again to try and place a deposit with no answer I texted later that Tuesday with no reply. I texted again on Wed with no reply. I called to try and place a deposit with no answer. I texted several times on Thursday and eventually I got a text back and a call. I was told that someone would get back to me later that day about the car. No one got back to me. Basically I was lied to by at least 4 different people at this location that they were "taking the car to the shop that day" etc etc. Then the car was gone. Never during this time did I get a chance to put a deposit in. In my nearly 40 years of life this is the most i have been lied to in such a short period of time when i am prepared to spend so much money and have a deal agreed on. The lack of ethics and the willingness to lie to me bu Deluxe Auto Dealer is beyond anything I have experienced at a car dealership. I lost out on several other cars I was looking at, and have been forced to rent a car. I lost out on the car Delux Auto Dealer agreed to sell me and I am out of pocket now nearly $1,000 on a rental car and of course missed the other cars I was looking at. If you are going to this car dealership I would expect to be lied to by nearly everyone working there, the lack of shame in their lying to me is something i have never experienced before when buying a car or really anything for that matter.

Bad customer service

I tried contacting this dealership several times only to be hung up each time. Customer service does not exist. Don't waste your money or time.

Shady Dealership

Contacted Deluxe Auto regarding a 2018 Toyota Camry XSE. Communication was great until I asked for a Carfax or Autocheck report then all communication from Deluxe Auto stopped. Since we had already made arrangements to go check out the car on Saturday, February 5, 2022, we decided to stop by the dealership to view the car anyway. The first thing the sales rep said to us was, "don't waste your time on this one" ... but I insisted on seeing the inside and hearing the engine so he went to get the key. However, the car wouldn't start and had to be jumped. He, the sales rep, then reiterated that "we shouldn't waste our time" on this car because none of the electronics work...but I kept insisting so he started the car and let us check out the car. The inside of the car was filthy. The floors had pieces of paper, gravel/dirt, hair, leaves, etc. all over the place. The cup holders had crumbs and gooey junk from spills. The console storage and glove compartment had coins, food wrappers and who knows what in it. The seats had a layer of filth on it. The trunk looked pretty decent until you open up the spare tire compartment. It had candy wrappers, leaves, gravel, and dirt. The outside of the car looks like it hasn't been washed in months. It didn't help that the car was black because you can see how thick the layer of filth was. After pointing out the filthiness of the car, the sales rep again told us to not waste our time on that car because the mileage may have been tempered with as indicated by the "TM" on the key tag and the red sticker on the front passenger window. The also hadn't been smogged and they weren't planning on smogging it that day. And since the car's mileage may have been tempered with, they will not finance the car or accept outside financing and will only accept cash as payment. What he can do is offer us another Camry XSE that was ready to go. This other Camry was $6k more with less features and almost as dirty as the one we were looking at. So we walked away...but on our way out, we checked some "supposedly ready to go cars" they had on the lot and every single one we looked at was filthy inside. From Lexus to BMWs they were all the same: filthy inside. This is a very shady dealership so I'd recommend any prospective buyer to stay away.

Worst experience ever

If you like cars that need head gasket replacements, this dealer is for you. These people have zero transparency with customers. I called in advance & all they cared about was me doing an application over the phone. Didnt even answer any of my questions when asked. Im not the one to judge small dealerships, but run far away from this one.

everything already has a deposit on it

I called. I emailed. I chatted online. Finally got a response that was very basic saying the vehicle was available and when would I like to come look at it. When I said I wasn't local and couldn't just stop by without working out some details first, suddenly the car had a deposit on it. Funny, that same car is still listed on the website. These deals seem too good to be true. Super shady.

False advertised

I called the dealer for information on a car advertised, they took my number and never return the call. I call again and I was informed that the car I was interesting had a deposit on it, I ask for two more cars listed as available, they all had a deposit, Not a very serious business.
