Terrible Dealer. Beware.
Terrible customer service. They are nice into you buy. Then if you need something after your purchase they could care less. Can't get them on the phone. They won't call you back. Beware. You can get a better deal somewhere else and better service. I won't buy here ever again and would suggest you don't buy here.
Bought a great SUV from a great dealership.
I can't say enough about Wade's Ford. All the people we came in contact with were top notch. We felt honored and well cared for. These guys are honest and willing to bend over backwards to do any and everything to please you. We were from out of state when our van decided to quit on us. Creed and Mr. Ewing cared for us the way they would their own family. Please go there for your next Ford.
These folks do not tell the truth. I have emails from their salesperson offering me a vehicle for a specific price. I also have a separate email stating that they will purchase my trade in for a specific price. Upon arrival at this dealership, they presented paperwork for the purchase of their vehicle for $2000 more than agreed upon and for $700 less than stated on the trade in.
Great service and affordable!
Wade ford always has great service. I find they they are honest and not trying to add on additional costly repairs.
Employee theft, Wade Ford doesn't mind
On 05/10/19 I went to Wade ford to have my newly purchased vehicle serviced with the free oil change and tire rotation that was provided. While getting back into my vehicle, my wife noticed that her sunglasses were missing from the center console of the vehicle. They were inside of a sunglass case and inside of the center console. I searched the vehicle multiple times and even searched the area that we sat inside the building. I just did not want to believe that they came up missing by one of the service tech's. My previous salesperson, Mr Ferguson noticed that I was wandering throughout the building. He ask if everything was alright, and I advised him of the situation. He immediately walked my wife and I back into the service department. He got the service writer, Christy or Krissy to stand with us as he went to the techs to attempt to gain further information. He was unable to. He then also reached out to the Customer Service Manager, Carroll. I spoke with Carroll and advised her of the same situation. She advised us to sit in the lounge area and she would get back with me. Carroll and the service writer were able to locate the sunglasses in the automotive shop sitting on a techs tool box from what I was told. The tech advised that the sunglasses were found on the ground in his work area. But, that still doesn't answer the question of why was a tech in my center console for an oil change/tire rotation and removing the sunglasses. I thanked them for returning my property, and Carroll was quick to try to get me to leave. At first I did begin to leave, and then thought further into it. I went back to the service writer and obtained further information such as the names listed in this review. Carroll saw me and once again, was there with me. No problem, it is her job. But it was the fact of her trying to get me to just leave the area. I advised her that a police report would be made on the incident and ask if they have video cameras that would show this incident. She stated that they did. She advised that she would reach back out to me. 05/21/19 I contacted Carroll and was told that nothing further had been done. Carroll advised that she would email management to see what could be done. I thanked her and went about my day. I received a call back 2 hours later from Carroll stating that the email had been sent and I would be contacted by her again. She also stated that the manager advised her to do what was needed. I expressed my disappointment with the company and the lack of care for their customers and their belongings 05/25/19 I contacted Carroll to find out that nothing further had been done. I was advised she would reach back out to me. 06/06/19 I reached out to Carroll. I was told that the videos don't catch the inside of the vehicles that the techs work on, but do see who entered the vehicle. Carroll sstated that an internal investigation had not been done. I expressed my disappointment with Wade Ford. When I expressed my disappointment, all Carroll had to say was that I lied about the cost of the sunglasses. I showed her what the sunglasses looked like on Google which had a different price listed than what was paid. I wasn't asked how much I paid. I was advised that I would be reached out to. I received a call back one hour later from the service manager, Jason. Who stated that an investigation had occurred. The techs were spoken to. Neither tech knew about the sunglasses other than them ending up on the shop floor. I was advised that I was "assuming" that the sunglasses were in my console. So not only was something almost taken from me, I also get called a liar for a second time for stating where the sunglasses were. Yes, I searched the building because I didn't want to believe it. He stated there was nothing further he could do, and I brought up that I would have been more accepting of this information 3 weeks ago. I do not recommend Wade Ford to anyone.
Mr. Skelton, we're sorry for any misunderstanding and miscommunications that took place during your recent experience at Wade Ford. Fortunately, we were able to return your wife's lost sunglasses within 30 minutes of looking for them. I assure you that both Carol Neumann and our GM, Mike Barlow, have been on top of this incident well after resolving the case by finding the glasses. We haven't had any issues with employee theft in the passed. However, we are putting a new lost and found policy in place to avoid confusion moving forward. We hope to one day earn another opportunity to give you the quality customer service you deserve. Take Care!
Attempted to buy a new truck and the AC didn't work. The dealership claimed to have no knowledge of the problem and would not come off of the price at all. It has been 95 degrees for the past 14 days. Sure thing Wade Ford!!

I brought my car here and I can't say enough about Ms. Moon and Mr. Dawson. But someone ran in to the back of my car and after the repairs were done it is as if the accident never happened and again the service was above my expectations!! Jeff Wynne is awesome!
