Aaron was ok at first.

Aaron was ok at first. I was making decisions with my wife about this Vehicle. Aaron at the end was rude with the comment he made there will be other jeeps.

Justin Snead (sales) was great to work with.

Justin Snead (sales) was great to work with. Very kind and patient with us. We had found a Infiniti QX80 on their lot while searching cargurus.com. We reached out right away and he was very helpful answering our questions. We ended up test driving it the day after Thanksgiving and then decided to buy it the following Wednesday. He was never pushy while we made up our minds on if we wanted to pay the price on that vehicle. Also the finance guy, skip was very friendly and super easy to work with. Their front desk lady (don’t have her name) is also super nice. She always greeted us warmly when we arrived and even took our picture with our new car:)! Overall a good experience.

We visited Sam Leman BMW of Peoria intending to look at a used Toyota Camry and ended up driving home in a new BMW 330iX — all thanks to the exceptional service from our Client Advisor, Harrison Virden. Harrison was incredibly knowledgeable about every model and trim, and he took the time to understand our needs before walking us through the pros and cons of each option. The salesman, Ken Reardon was extremely helpful guiding

The salesman, Ken Reardon was extremely helpful guiding me thru the vehicle options. He identified a sales option that reduced the price by $4000 dollars and then helped negotiate a deal that met my target price. He also spent time with my wife and I to explain the vehicle operation. The sales manager was also very courteous and worked with me to get the a deal that worked for both of us. The BMW X5 drives great, it is smooth and quiet.

I didn’t get a very positive feeling with the

I didn’t get a very positive feeling with the salesperson. They weren’t willing to work any kind of deal and when it came to comparing their vehicle to the same vehicle that had over 20k less miles and was priced the same the salesperson stated theirs was better. He made no effort to talk to his manager for a better deal. So I don’t know if it’s Aaron or the dealership that seems to have a stand on not negotiating .

Justin, is an OUTSTANDING Salesperson at BMW of Peoria! The dealership had a great selection of BMW X5's. I test drove the X3 and X5 really enjoyed the ride of both the vehicles. I selected the X5 due to the room inside of the vehicle, sunroof, and hybrid( with plug-in cable included). Also, I was impressed by the tenor of employees at the dealership. Everyone from the Clinton(BMW of Peoria, owner) to AJ finance MACHINE to the salesperson were GREAT to work with. In addition they gifted me with a golf t-shirt with my purchase!

I wanted a very specific car - a white X5 with PARCHMENT

I wanted a very specific car - a white X5 with PARCHMENT interior, unfortunately BMW has made finding one virtually impossible. Living outside of Boston, I located the car I wanted and Alex helped me with a very efficient level of service. He answered questions, arranged for shipping the car to me, and made the process fairly simple. I would highly recommend working with him.
