I recently got into an accident and took my vehicle to the Rick Hendrick Honda Collision Center. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Bret, one of the estimators, was incredibly thorough during the entire walk-through process?he made sure I understood each step and what to expect. The front desk staff were just as helpful, consistently following up with updates every time something new was done to the vehicle, whether it was repairs or paint work. Working in the personal injury field, I know how important it is to have reliable and transparent service after a collision. I would absolutely recommend Bret and the team to any of my clients or colleagues. Their professionalism and communication really stood out.

Good as usual.

Good as usual. Thanks for the military discount which helped a lot in reducing the overall cost. Zach was friendly and engaging, contacted us about the repairs on time.

They did an excellent job of restoring my Honda Passport

They did an excellent job of restoring my Honda Passport that was in a bad collision to factory mint condition. Job was done within the expected time frame.

Very professional from start to finish.

Very professional from start to finish. Brady was in charge of the service for my 2024 Passport and he kept me updated via text. Brady was polite, friendly and explained everything in detail to me. Thank you Brady.

No car wash available once again it seems to be an ongoing issue at this location . Same thing happened at our last oil change and we were told we could go back but it never works

Gwinnett Place Honda has always provided outstanding

Gwinnett Place Honda has always provided outstanding service to us! They are the ONLY Honda dealership we will do business with. Every service advisor is knowledgeable and treats us with respect, gets us in and out as quickly as possible, but never too rushed to answer questions or explain recommended work or inspection findings. Techs do a wonderful job performing inspections, and completing the service while keeping our car clean. Making appointments for service work is easy and there's a comfortable waiting room if you choose to wait, so far they have exceeded expectations on wait times, so that always makes it easy as well. Thank you Gwinnett Place Honda!!! And for this week's visit, David P.... thank you for your extra efforts!
