I purchased a 2016 VW Beetle Dune. Initially I was contacted by John Hershey, since I went through USAA's Car Buying Service. Upon arriving at the dealership... I was greeted promptly by a friendly salesperson, who let John know I was at the dealership. It turned out that John had this salesman, Dan Berry, actually assist me with the vehicle test drive and finalizing the numbers, and getting my trade in appraised. The entire process was excellent. Dan was very knowledgeable, and helpful, and took genuine interest in me. The entire sales team, from John, and Dan to the sales manager, Jason, and the Business Manager, Jeromy, were not only professional, but they were courteous, friendly and sincere in making my buying experience the very best. I was also introduced to service and Dan went so far as to set up my first service appointment for my new Dune. Great job, guys. And so far, I'm very impressed with the 2016 Beetle Dune! I does all I hoped for and more.

I searched online for a VW GTI and found a 2012 VG GTI (with 83,000 miles) at Ciocca VW in Allentown. I inquired about the vehicle and was contacted by... salesman, Jake Padelski. I set-up an appointment to see the car in-person then took the 1.5 hr drive to see the vehicle on April 19, 2019. Upon my arrival, Jake and I discussed my interest and why I wanted to buy a VW GTI. I advised that I wanted to purchase the car as a graduation gift for my little brother, who was finishing up his junior year at school. I planned to drive tge vehicle for the next year then gift it to my brother. Jake and I took the vehicle on a test drive, and I didn't notice any mechanical issues or major issues at the time. As Jake and I sat down to go over paperwork, he reviewed a carfax report and advised there were no issues with the vehicle other than the visible minor issues noticed by the naked eye. NOTHING RELATED TO DAMAGE WAS MENTIONED in Jake's report. We moved on to financing and other documents. I moved forward with the purchase that day, April 19, 2019 and drove the car home on April 23, 2019. Everything has been fine with the car for the last 16 months. However, plans changed and I was unable to gift my brother the vehicle as a graduation gift. So, I decided to shop for a new vehicle and upon doing so, I was told that the 2012 VW has a bad carfax. The recent carfax shows 2018 damage to the entire front, right side, and right rear. I was immediately baffled bc I know Jake and I NEVER discussed any damage when we went over his carfax report. I returned home and pulled the vehicle purchase packet that I received from Jake. Convenienty, it does not contain the carfax report that he and I reviewed at the dealership. So, my thought is that this information was left out of the packet on purpose as I have no way to reference the report that he reviewed with me back then. Additionally, I believe this information was withheld by Jake in order to sell the vehicle, which currently has even less value bc of the damage. Of course, if I had been aware of the damage I wouldn't have purchased the car as there is no shortage of 2012 VW GTIs available. I emailed Jake and the General Sales Manager this weekend and received a response today. Jake forwarded the carfax report that he allegedly showed me at the time of purchase. Interesting enough, my signature is only on the last page of the document, not each page which would prove that he showed me EACH page of the carfax and didn’t skip pages or leave out details. He also failed to give me a copy of the alleged report that he reviewed with me for my own reference. As I stated previously, I was not aware of any damage to the entire front, right side, or right rear of the vehicle at the time of purchase. I believe that the business practice of Ciocca VW and its sales personnel is shady. What I encountered is unprofessional, unethical, and well below thw Ciocca promise. I would advise other people to NOT to buy used vehicles from this dealership just as I have told my family, friends, and coworkers.

I couldn’t be more pleased. I found the 2019 Tiguan on a search. Was just beginning to look. Sent a request for more information and promptly was called... by the dealership. I live about 90 miles away from the dealership and they assured me it would not be a waste of time. And they were right. Zack, my salesperson, couldn’t have been more friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my visit. After looking at 3 Tiguan?s at the dealership I finally settled on the 2019 and drove it home the same day. I was very pleased and would return again in the future for my next vehicle because of the great people that worked with me. Well done Ciocca VW...well done!

We came to Ciocca and they tracked down the exact car we wanted, Jetta S auto w/DAP in Dark Grey. We did all of our paperwork, they transported the vehicle... to the Allentown dealership, prep it and the next day we picked it up. Thanks to our salesman Santiago.

talked to a man on the phone to come see a Jetta at this dealership. We agreed on an out-the-door price and set an appointment for me to be there at 4PM.... After driving an hour and 45 minutes to get there, I was told their manager was out “test driving” the car to make sure there were no defects. Okay, fine. I waited until about 5PM. Then I was told I should go get a bite to eat and come back in about 30 minutes and the car should be there. I believed them. I went to go eat something, came back, still no car. Then after waiting another 30 minutes I was told to go into the finance office to start signing papers without ever even seeing the vehicle. Why would any reasonable man do this? Then after another 45 minutes I decided I’ve had enough and left. I spent 2 and a half hours at this dealer never even seeing the car I set an appointment at 4PM to see! They completely mishandled this transaction and showed a gross disrespect for my time. Do not recommend.
Wonderful car buying experience. Every person I dealt with was completely professional and well informed. I would not hesitate to buy from Ciocca VW again... and I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone interested in a VW. Well worth the 75 mile ride.
Awful. Went in fine for inspection, came out with blinking engine light. What? They cannot fix it. They don't know what happened. If I'd like to... pay for the full spark plug service they would start there and see what they could find. Just how ignorant can this company be? Greed. Rather than fix what they f'd up, they want me to pay for their mistakes. Go anywhere else but here.
My overall experience at Ciocca Volkswagen was positive. I was not pressured and Brian Kuntzman was a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable and his... demeanor gave me comfort in proceeding with my purchase.
