    I purchased a 2016 VW Beetle Dune. Initially I was contacted by John Hershey, since I went through USAA's Car Buying Service. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted promptly by a friendly salesperson, who let John know I was at the dealership. It turned out that John had this salesman, Dan Berry, actually assist me with the vehicle test drive and finalizing the numbers, and getting my trade in appraised. The entire process was excellent. Dan was very knowledgeable, and helpful, and took genuine interest in me. The entire sales team, from John, and Dan to the sales manager, Jason, and the Business Manager, Jeromy, were not only professional, but they were courteous, friendly and sincere in making my buying experience the very best. I was also introduced to service and Dan went so far as to set up my first service appointment for my new Dune. Great job, guys. And so far, I'm very impressed with the 2016 Beetle Dune! I does all I hoped for and more.

    Can I start by saying John Middlecamp treated me like I bought my Tiguan at your dealership, which I regretfully say now I did not. I had a warranty from the dealership I had bought the car from, and when the "check engine" light came on, I went there first and asked for the repair. They told me they "pulled the code", but I would be better off at a Volkswagen dealer - as my car is most likely still under its power train warranty. I asked why I paid for the warranty from them, which they painfully tried to explain. I've had my car serviced at your dealership prior. I appreciate you have Saturday service and a nice waiting room where I can wait on my car, so I set up an internet appointment with your service dept, on a Saturday. John explained to me the problem with the car, and told me while I was at the end of the warranty period, he would talk to his superiors and they with VW, and he hoped to have good news for me on Wednesday owing to the 4th of July holiday. He called on Monday and left a message for me that he had good news for me and to call him Wednesday to set up an appointment. I called and we did set it up. Your dealership is just about one hour from my home and I drove down on Thursday and was ready to work from your waiting room. John offered me a ride to work but I told him I worked in NJ. John came in about 30 minutes after with the keys to a loaner. John called later that afternoon and told me the repair would take into the next day, to keep the loaner and return on Friday afternoon, which I did. The best part comes next where I get a bill for a $0.00 for a brand new turbo. I am a customer for life.

    Concluded with the VW buy-back of my 2014 Diesel Passat Tuesday 3/28/17. Came in on Thursday, spent only a few hours and completed a lease program. Drove off with a 2017 Pure White Gas VW Passat. Everyone could not have been nicer (that's the main reason I chose to come back) Kudos to Della, Tina, and Tyler. But a special thank you is reserved for Dan Berry, a true non-pressure salesman.(not sure if you knew he also tends bar part-time?) He was courteous, well mannered, kind and above all Professional. To me, he inadvertently served as a link to my first experience at Ciocca with then salesman Trevor Kirschner back on NY Eve 2013. Good job in staffing for4 Ciocca. My only disappointment was that I couldn't have lunch with Mr. Ciocca !!
