Worst experience ever with this dealership.Yes it was my fault not to review the contract at the time of signing, for the emotion ,excited or whatever... reason.When I noticed was 3 days later,but came back 5 days later (someone has to work to pay the car)to the dealership to fix the problem.O no, they blame me for not pay attention what I was signing ,and the manager try was saying it was 7 days already pass ,plus made me feel that I was the one who wants to get money from it.The managers and the sales people covering each back ,they knew the charge me 1000 dlls extra in the contract.I was waiting for a sorry or admitted they error.keep the 1000 dlls I will make those working hard not lie or take advantage of people .
Ray Owens was awesome,friendly and knowledgeable and fixed me up with exactly what I wanted in my f250 4x4. Great experience not the typical vulture salesman.... He goes above and beyond to make sure your 100% satisfied. I LOVE MY TRUCK!!!! Thank you Ray. If you go ask for Ray Owens you will be very happy you did.

We traded in our truck for a newer one from gator ford on December 29th, 2018. It is now January 26th, 2019 and our trade has NOT been paid off. Now... we have a late charge that will be going to the credit bureau. We have talked with them numerous times and they assured us that payment would be made. Then it was paid. Then it wasnt. I’m totally disgusted and angry that I now have to sort this all out to save my credit. What a way to treat a customer. NO RECOMMENDATION FROM US!!!
General Manager lied to me. Inventory limited. Price of exact vehicle advertised on internet increased more than $3k when contract was presented. ... Dealership offered $2k and $3k less on my trade-in than other 2 Ford dealerships i visited. Wasted 4 hours of my weekend. Expectations were high when i walked in showroom. Total Fail by Gator Ford.

We were very pleased with our overall experience with the purchase of our vehicle. Jeff, our sales representative was very professional and personable.... He pays attention to all details and made sure we got a purchase we were happy with. He is someone that is not afraid to go the extra mile. The rest of the team , Curt, the sales manager and Juan in financing were also a pleasure to work with all making the buying experience a pleasure. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Team Jeff.
After driving 45 mins to purchase a truck I found on their website, the guy behind the desk told me the price was a misprint. He refused to honor the price... and didn’t even try to make anything right. We’ve been loyal Ford customers. This is the worst I’ve been treated in a dealership. Everyone just shrugged their shoulders like “ I don’t care”. This was nothing than a bait and switch. Remember to call ahead and confirm the price prior than driving there. Or better off, find a place that treats their customers fairly and owns up to their mistakes. I will never purchase a vehicle from them again. False advertisement!!!!

Still, every effort was made to explain to you what happened; both on the lot and in the showroom. We wanted to thank our sales professional at Gator Ford, Jessica who helped us find the perfect pre-owned 2016 F250 Super Duty Truck right on their lot.... This was a special find because it had an eight foot bed and an extended cab, warranty and vinyl interior which was exactly what we were looking to purchase. Jessica also helped us find the perfect vehicle in our price range. The whole experience from the moment I began to work with Jessica, to working with her sales manager, Kurt and then the finance Director, Richard was just a "great" and relaxing experience.
