Felt forgotten...
I called a week out and was told by a service advisor that I did not need an appointment if I was dropping off my vehicle. When I arrived about 7:15, I was asked if I had an appointment, and I did not. The gentleman that checked me in said he would have to check with the manager to see if my vehicle could be taken. Ultimately it was. I let the advisor know that I was not in a hurry and he appreciated that so that his customer service for those with appointments would not suffer. We agreed that I would get a call when the vehicle was ready. I called about 1:40 to check in my vehicle and was told it was done. I picked it up and asked if there were any outstanding issues...there are and I received no info from the service advisor. This was not my best customer service experience.

Jim Click Ford and my service rep Jim Peterson are outstanding. Very professional work. I rely on Ford to keep my truck running at peak performance. I figure if I get it done right the first time it will run forever!

vechicle i purchased was 2015 Jeep Grand Jerokee. Service was very good and excellent. Daniel Benton was helpful in any questions we had; i will make sure if ever i need to buy another car he will be the guy to go to. He answered all my emails within a timely manner.

In spite of the incredibly frustrating phone tree that either disconnected my call or forced me to leave a message (that was not answered for over 2 hours) Patrick did everything he could to accomadate my busy schedule and get my vehicle serviced as quickly as possible! Patrick was incredibly helpful but your customer service over the phone leaves a lot to be desired.
