Service

My advisor was not even there, he then came in threw his food in his desk and asked if I had an appt... Really? Later he called saying my vehicle was ready and to let him know if I needed anything I called and left him a message saying thank you, I will need the van scheduled to pick me up from work at 4p. He never called. I had to call the shuttle driver myself. But first I had to call the dealership to get his number.

Other then the construction that was underway and space very limited my car eventually got in for the tire rotation that I had scheduled a week in advance. It did take three hours and was free. In the past I have gone to Discount Tire and they do it in 10 to 15 min.

Battery for 2012 Mustang

I needed a battery for my 2012 Mustang since it would not start in the morning. I dropped off the car and the battery was installed for me by early afternoon. I have never had a bad experience at Jim Click. Thanks guys!

Oil change

Prince is a good service tech no issues My appt was at 8 I arrived early Took about 2.5 hours for an oil change is my only complaint Because I had asked getting a ride home and was told it won't that long But the price is reasonable And they do a good job
