Great place to take your car for service!

First of all I really respect Mr Click for the $400,000 donation on children's cancer research. Second, I've met Mr Click and the first thing he asks is about you and then wants to know how the family is doing. I respect him soo much! Great guy!!!

I was not told anything about a still pending recall on my vehicle until I asked why it was not done while the vehicle was being serviced.

Smooth process

The staff, from the salesperson Tarik Hamdan to the finance aide Alex Juarengui(spelling?), were courteious and helpful in my purchase of a 2013 Ford Fusion with an extended warranty.

Great Service

I had an engine light come on Thursday evening. I brought my truck to Jim Click Ford on 22nd Street Saturday morning (no appointment)to have it checked out. They let me know that they were down a diesel mechanic and it may be some time before it could get checked out. I was facing some scheduling/transportation issues being without my vehicle for potentially 5 days! Ray Lobato did an outstanding job getting the problem diagnosed and taken care of that same day. I really appreciate the effort Ray gave me to get this situation addressed! Lance Peterson
