Service Appt

The purchased of the vechile was not a very good one... to much pressure from sales rep. they had me sign paperwork & still needed me to do the running around for title, after I signed POA. My 1st maintance for life appt was very good. The service advisor was excellent, explained everything to me & was told it would be about an hr & half, took about 45 mins to an hr. Thanks to my service advisor, I did give his card out to someone who has had a BAD expreince with Jim Click. She advised me to go somewhere else to purchase car. Thanks again to my service advisor

Car buying made easy

Our sales person, Jimmy Johnson, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered every question and concern that we had. He gave us an amazing deal and helped us be where we needed to be.

Awesome service,

nicest dealership I've ever been too. My service is always great. Cleanest dealership I've ever been in. My service guy ( Prince) is awesome, even remembers my name. Great store.

2012 Escape Battery replacement

Had a bad battery replaced in my 2012 Escape. Set up an appointment, they did the work in one hours time, and everything is now back as per usual with my vehicle.
