    Frankie caught me online and held the initial conversation. In my conversation with him he seemed trustworthy and straight forward. I found that out to be very true after meeting him. I need to kick the tires of a car before I buy. I found the vehicle I wanted at Crown. I cancelled my appointment once because I thought the dealership was too far away. I wanted to sell a car and buy a car in one trip. I already had a quote from CarMax to purchase my vehicle. I really wanted a dealership or car sales place close by in the event I had any issues. Rick, Asst GM, was on the phone when I called to cancel an appointment. He did his best to put my fears to rest citing other Crown locations in Charlotte and what they would do to help me in the event anything needed attending to. Fortunately, Greensboro was only an hour and a half from Charlotte so I made the drive. Frankie took care of me every step of the way through getting an appraisal of my current car, test driving the car I wanted, working out the terms of the deal and getting through the paperwork. All in all, I got more for the car I traded in than what CarMax offered. What was advertised in terms of condition of the car I wanted to buy was absolutely true (beautiful condition) and we worked out a deal that worked for both of us. If I had to buy a car sight-unseen from them on the web, I would. What they advertised is what I got. Great deal all the way around. Frankie, you are truly a good person and if I need another car, I will be calling you, personally. Thanks for going the extra mile to find the second set of keys and trying to find the door codes, even after the sale was already done. Rick, thanks for your salesmanship that made me change my mind and make the drive. You got a great place. Thanks everyone.

    Took my vehicle in on Tuesday morning for an oil change and to check the exhaust system. Was informed the bolts on the exhaust system needed to be soaked overnight so they wouldn't break. On Wednesday shortly after noon I was told parts needed to be ordered. Finally on Thursday I informed the service rep that if they couldn't make the repairs by early afternoon I would need a loaner. Miraculously, the vehicle was ready shortly after 1 pm. Always ask for a loaner, it seems to speed service.

    Purchased a 2012 Volkswagon Passat last week and find out it needs new stuts literally a few days after purchase and dealership refuses to help with cost of repair even though problem was there before we purchased the car. Also service technicians perforemed work on the front end of the car at this dealership before we purchased the car and did not address the supension issues either because of incompitance or because they wanted to pass the problem on to the customer. You dont expect to have to have a major repair for a vehicle as soon it leaves the lot when you buy from a reputable dealership, guess I should have went to a reputable dealership. The salesman Brooks tried as best as he could to work out a solution but it was not in his power to do so. Tried to contact the Sales manager I worked with Brent but have not been able to get in contact with him or any other manager. I have never purchased a vehicle that needed a major repair before the ink was dry on the contract. Also will never purchase another vehicle at Crown Chrysler Dodge. Dealerships overlooking or out right hiding problems on used vehicles, then passing then passing them on to their customers, and hiding behind an "As Is" contract may be legal, but it isnt right! If a reasonable solution is not made I will have to take measures to protect my household the same way they protect themselves. The worse part is this vehicle was purchased for my step son and I dont know if he will ever want to step foot in a automobile dealership again.
