Poor customer service
I bought a 2022 charger the dealership failed to remove the theft system emergency brake would not work drove in 90 minutes from Monroe N C was promised gas reimbursement but failed to receive it poor customer service spoke with several managers only to be lied to salesman Kevin Moore is not knowledgeable about vehicle he sales and service department is not knowledgeable about the vehicle’s they service will not visit this dealership again!

I bought a 2022 charger 6 weeks ago the dealership failed to remove the theft system from the vehicle I live in Monroe NC I drove 90 minutes to get there I was promised gas reimbursement spoke with several managers nothing still resolved customer service is very terrible will never visit this sorry dealership again
Non Stop Maintenance Issues on 2023 Jeep GC
Don’t even know where to begin. I bought a brand new, 2023, $70k Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve and it’s had non stop issues since purchasing it less than 2 months ago. After the first week, it was in the shop with a blown speaker (still not fixed) and a low battery causing the lane detection and frontal collision warning to not work. They “replaced” the battery and after flying home from an exhausting week out of town yesterday, the car was dead at the airport. Had to go find help and then the key fob wouldn’t work to unlock the doors, so had to get the actual key out of the fob in order to pop the hood to get a jump start. Then the check engine light is now on. As a business owner, I don’t have the time to have an unreliable vehicle that’s BRAND NEW. I’m not certain how long this car sat on their lot before selling it to me as it had 400 miles on it when I bought it and I’ve driven less than 300 more miles, some of which were to get it back to the dealership to work on it. Now it needs to go back into the shop again! This isn’t what you expect when you spend that much money on a brand new car. Incredibly disappointing experience.
NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Not very happy with the service dept - I did not want to come on here but they will not answer the phone. I cant go there because they have my car and has had it a month as of today.

Im a very very unsatisfied customer just brought a Dodge Challenger RT from crown dodge jeep ram on wendover road .The customer service is definitely not good..I’ve had my car for almost a month haven’t enjoyed it not at all.I have a terrible rattle n my muffler I think because I’m a black woman they feel as though they can tell me the problem is solved and oh she goes away .crown kept my Rt for two weeks and swear the issue was resolved by putting two screws in the muffler I drive a half mile down the road the rattle is louder than b4 so again what have crown down for my car absolutely nothing and I guess crown think I’m just going to go away well I’m Not going anyway until my car is properly fixed like it’s supposed to be.Don’t tell me it’s been fixed and nothing has been done nothing at all..I know for a fact my car is n the same place it was when I left it here two weeks ago so again crown dodge jeep ram what the xxxx have u done for mu car since u had it ..Everyone gives me the run around but this is definitely not professional business at all..It’s not a game because this is a real issue and when I ask to speak too management I have to make a appointment with Brian well Brian I’m here and I definitely need a appointment with u asap..Do I feel discriminated against yes very much so bc I’m a black woman with this car ..I was told don’t get a car from crown several times I gave y’all the benefit of the doubt and what y’all do nothing but screwed me over like it’s nothing too take my money ..Brian the general manger I need too have a conversation with u like yesterday and yes I’m not done until something is corrected

I was looking online at vehicles and spotted a 2015
I was looking online at vehicles and spotted a 2015 Jetta, that I inquired about. Drew Goldston and Alex has kept in touch with me. They let me know that the Jetta didn't pass their inspection and was sending it to the auction. Drew has kept in touch with me asking if their was anything else that I was interested in and if he could be of assistance in helping me find something.
poor financing department
I was a 12 year chrysler/mopar customer until today. 4/21/22. on 4/19/22 i purchased a vehicle from crown dodge on wendover ave in greensboro nc. i was "guaranteed" to receive a $2000.00 owed to me from the financing agreement on 4/20/22. on 4/20/22 i received a call from Christian. he told me that i needed to come in and redo the paper and because of that it would be another 24-48 hours. on 4/21/22, I called several times and got transferred. I didn't get any calls back. I finally get in touch with Christian. now he's saying that because it couldn't be done electronically, I wouldn't receive the check for about a week. the vehicle i traded still had the crown dodge license plate on it. i will never purchase another vehicle from crown dodge or any other any other dealership that is associated with Chrysler/Mopar.

Buyer beware. Scanned the paperwork too quickly, caught a $4-500 scam fee (interior protection), but missed a $600 admin fee. :( Brought my own financing, but the salesman "confused" the bank name and filed the paperwork with the wrong bank. I got the vehicle I wanted and a decent rate, soon I can only give a 2.

Turn my experience around? The deal is already done. There is literally nothing that could improve what has already happened. Your team was pushy and insistant that I use their funding instead of the pre approved funding I brought from my own bank probably because they wanted that sale immediately, instead of following my wishes to work with my own financing which would have taken several days to complete.
