Frankie caught me online and held the initial conversation. In my conversation with him he seemed trustworthy and straight forward. I found that out to be very true after meeting him. I need to kick the tires of a car before I buy. I found the vehicle I wanted at Crown. I cancelled my appointment once because I thought the dealership was too far away. I wanted to sell a car and buy a car in one trip. I already had a quote from CarMax to purchase my vehicle. I really wanted a dealership or car sales place close by in the event I had any issues. Rick, Asst GM, was on the phone when I called to cancel an appointment. He did his best to put my fears to rest citing other Crown locations in Charlotte and what they would do to help me in the event anything needed attending to. Fortunately, Greensboro was only an hour and a half from Charlotte so I made the drive. Frankie took care of me every step of the way through getting an appraisal of my current car, test driving the car I wanted, working out the terms of the deal and getting through the paperwork. All in all, I got more for the car I traded in than what CarMax offered. What was advertised in terms of condition of the car I wanted to buy was absolutely true (beautiful condition) and we worked out a deal that worked for both of us. If I had to buy a car sight-unseen from them on the web, I would. What they advertised is what I got. Great deal all the way around. Frankie, you are truly a good person and if I need another car, I will be calling you, personally. Thanks for going the extra mile to find the second set of keys and trying to find the door codes, even after the sale was already done. Rick, thanks for your salesmanship that made me change my mind and make the drive. You got a great place. Thanks everyone.

I was sold a car from your dealership Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Greensboro Address: 3710 W Wendover Ave, Greensboro, NC 27407 I purchased the car in Oct. and I still haven't got my title because the title is still in the previous owners name which is crazy that they would sell me a car without a title ......also the car had damage I have drove to the dealership over 3 times already which is an hour away and they still didn't repair the damage that they agree on... I either want my money back or a different car I have been pulled over by cops 3x already for expire 30 day tag... which I can’t get because the car is stigister in the other person name I have call many times nobody is helping me my next option

had the worst experience i have ever had at a dealership today. Let me say i spoke with the sales individual "brooks powell" on two separate occasions and i informed him of what two vehicles we were looking at. One of which was the Gray 2017 Grand Cherokee, and the other was the Gray 2017 Dodge Durango. I told him we were only interested in "Gray or Silver" H assured me that the two vehicle i was interested in were there on the lot. So i then set up an appointment with him for Sat morning. Now mind you i was driving from Fayetteville to Greensboro which is a 1 1/2 hour drive one way and i texted him at 7am letting him know we were leaving and he replied with, "Great, see you when you get here" When we arrived the vehicle we wanted to see was not on the lot, and he gave the answer that it had been a dealer trade. I was upset to say the least!!!! I then proceeded to ask him about the gray durango and he informed me that he only had a 2018 white GT, and again i expressed my discontent!!! He explained to me that he could get another Jeep Trail hawk there but the closest one was 24 miles away. I informed him that we want a vehicle today to drive home with. He then offered to let me and my wife drive the white GT durango, which we did. The wife then decided that she wanted a durango instead of a Jeep. We asked him about getting a Gray GT durango. He informed us that the closest on was 100miles away and he could not get it on the lot. Undenounced to him, i was standing outside of the mangers office as he was asking them to find a gray durango and the managers stated, " why dont they want the jeep now, just get them to buy another color durango, look tell them i cant get it here and we can deliver it if they still want it!!" At this point my wife and I were done. So i asked him if you knew you did not have the vehicle on the lot why didnt you just tell me. Better yet why did you not check your inventory this morning and inform me before i drove all this way. He replied that he checked his computer. I looked at him with utter discontent!! For the life of me i can not understand how hard it is for some one to get up off of there lazy Kester to walk the lot and physically account for a product instead of trusting a computer!!! i have wasted 3 hours of my day and have nothing to show for it. I am 100% ready to purchase a vehicle but after this debacle i will never buy from or deal with crown of Greensboro again!!!!!
