    Frankie caught me online and held the initial conversation. In my conversation with him he seemed trustworthy and straight forward. I found that out to be very true after meeting him. I need to kick the tires of a car before I buy. I found the vehicle I wanted at Crown. I cancelled my appointment once because I thought the dealership was too far away. I wanted to sell a car and buy a car in one trip. I already had a quote from CarMax to purchase my vehicle. I really wanted a dealership or car sales place close by in the event I had any issues. Rick, Asst GM, was on the phone when I called to cancel an appointment. He did his best to put my fears to rest citing other Crown locations in Charlotte and what they would do to help me in the event anything needed attending to. Fortunately, Greensboro was only an hour and a half from Charlotte so I made the drive. Frankie took care of me every step of the way through getting an appraisal of my current car, test driving the car I wanted, working out the terms of the deal and getting through the paperwork. All in all, I got more for the car I traded in than what CarMax offered. What was advertised in terms of condition of the car I wanted to buy was absolutely true (beautiful condition) and we worked out a deal that worked for both of us. If I had to buy a car sight-unseen from them on the web, I would. What they advertised is what I got. Great deal all the way around. Frankie, you are truly a good person and if I need another car, I will be calling you, personally. Thanks for going the extra mile to find the second set of keys and trying to find the door codes, even after the sale was already done. Rick, thanks for your salesmanship that made me change my mind and make the drive. You got a great place. Thanks everyone.

    This service department is consistently overcharging and performing work they do not have permission to perform. I have had three different occasions where they performed work for which they were not authorized. Its all an effort to increase their revenue through the department. Chrysler makes a great product...but has a crappy dealership here in Greensboro.

    My wife and I went to buy a new truck we found on the internet. We called first and verified the full price but once we got there we were given every excuse why the best price they could give now was 2300 dollars more for dealer options. We should have walked away. Will never make that mistake again. To make this experience even worse, after an e-mail and several calls to the general manager and customer service, we were completely ignored. We love the truck but will NEVER buy from Crown again.

    I purchase a vehicle 3 months ago, have made 2 payments and still have not received my tags! The salesperson brought us the car and had us sign paperwork at that time, said he'd mail us our copies. Never got them! I have called everyday just to get another excuse for the delay in receiving my tags and registration. Now when I call, because I said I may need to hire an attorney to help me, every employee was advised not to speak to me and hangs up right away!! This dealership is an absolute fraud!! beware, stay away from this dealership and it's crooked employees!

    This place is horrible place to buy a car. Ok at first I was soooooo happy they was working so hard to get me a deal. They finally called me back up there to pick up my car that they finally got me a deal on. So go up there I am so happy I need a car that is reliable cuz my old car is not reliable at all. So go in he showed me the vehicle I going to get and the features and everything wooow I am soooooo so happy go in to Mr Emmett Minor to sign papers everything is fine we sign papers he SAY "YOU GOT YOU A NEW CAR AND I AM GOING TO WORK ON GETTING YOU A LOWER INTEREST RATE BUT THE DEAL IS DONE " Right so I leave and go home. A week and a half pass I get call from Eminor saying that the deal has fell through and I need to bring car back or find another cosigner. So I find another cosigner everything was good one minute then he claims that he need bank statements from the cosigner so I gave her statements like he asked and that was not good enough. So all in all I have to bring the car back. xxx you mean I don't have no car now I turn the old piece of crap car back in because I got this car and now you telling me I am not going to have nothing and I work 2 jobs and go to school what the xxxx you mean. I never been through this in my xxxxxx life when I sign papers that mean deal is finalized. But in this situation it don't mean that at all wth am I going to do now? Then when it was time to get my down payment money it took for ever to get back well I'm not giving keys back until I get my money are you kidding me. I will advise all future shoppers go some where esle.

    Took my car to the dealership to be serviced, because I'm thinking the people who makes the car, are best qualified to fix it. Not so! It went from "possibly being" this issue, which I paid for, to the service advisor saying"my technician bets his life that the problem is fixed" the second time I took it there within a week of the first service. I guess the tech guy died, because it did the same thing. Not only did my car stay with them for awhile, but my gas was driven out. I paid for two more additional things done, only to have my car do the same problem. It's currently up there now, but each time I call, I'm either placed on hold until the phone hangs up, or sent to voicemail with no returned call. I'm a truck driver, who can't keep going back and forth, because my time is my money. I want to speak to the GM, because it's getting ridiculous

    I started communicating with this dealership 2 days ago because the had a truck I liked on line. We negotiated a price over the phone and I made an appointment for today (I was traveling for work) at 1pm. I showed up at 1 exactly and was told the salesman I was dealing with wasn't there he had stepped out but would be right back. Only waited 5 minutes for him to show up but still I made an appointment right? Anyway he then seemed fairly confused as to what he was doing. He looked up my info than proceeded to get the wrong truck for me too look at. I gave him the correct stock number and back into the dealership he went. Now this is where the real BS begins he comes out and tells me "oh my manager told me we sold the truck you were looking at 30 minutes ago but don't worry we have this white one" so my radar goes up right away. The test drive went fine so we went to talk price. Now this white truck was exactly the same as the one I wanted except it was missing one feature I didn't care about. So after consulting with his manager he comes back and offers me the price advertised on there website which was more than 9k higher then the price we agreed to on the first truck. After collecting myself I told him there was no way I was paying that so it was back to talk to the manager again. This time he came back at exactly 8k over the first truck. This is the exact same truck just white instead of silver. I got up and walked out of the dealership. THIS WAS A CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH RIP OFF. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.

    So went in for an issue on a new car. Their service techs couldn't find anything so be it. Thumbs up to Trey, good dude and really easy to deal with. Here is where they messed up. I had just washed off my car and cleaned out the wheel wells to make sure the noise I heard wasn't something in or on the car itself. Get my car that went in clean back and its covered in dirt. There is dirt all the way up to the mid line on the car all the way around. Somehow they got dirt all the way up to the top of my spoiler. My back up camera is a crap picture now because they can't take care of their customers cars... Again Trey good guy Idiot that covered my NEW car in dirt not cool in the least.

    Went in to have a noise I hear while driving my car checked out. I had washed it the morning of to make sure it wasn't something in the wheel well or something on the car making noise. What I ended up with was a car covered in dirt upon return. There is dirt all the way up the back side of my new challenger, including over the spoiler. There is dirt all the way around my car up to the mid line. I wouldn't recommend this place

    We have had nothing but problems out of Crown's service department. They kept our vehicle for over 7 months in one year then the day it was ready we couldn't get to Greensboro so the next day Justin called and left us a sarcastic and hateful message saying "don't make me have to come pick up our loaner vehicle from your house". Then it's been all down hill from there. We've taken the vehicle back several times for the same issues and they never get fixed and they want to charge us a deductible every time. They have done cosmetic damage to our vehicle that they will not fix. I cannot stress enough to STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!
