Comfortable pleasant experience

Experience with dealership and sales very nice surprise. Sales rep Bobby Bramlett and support team very good. No pressure and knowledgeable team. Good job - would absolutely recommend.

Prompt, Professional, Courteous

As usual, a great job with excellent results! Stacy Carter made it happen smoothly, efficiently, and competently. I have read online at the Bolt enthusiasts' website that some folks have had problems getting this software update from their dealership's service department. Not me! Thanks!

not thorough

This is the second time I've had my oil changed and the service center did not clear my "oil change" on dashboard. This causes it to ding and blink. I do not have time to drive to the dealership just to get this cleared. It should be done when the service is performed. I can also take my car to walmart for an oil change and they vacuum out the car as a courtesy.... not at dealership. For the price of service, it should be better and more thorough in my opinion.

Amanda, We apologize for the inconvenience and it is a huge inconvenience. We have set processes in place but obviously we need to review those procedures and will certainly take your recommendations under serious thought. I would advise that you invested quite a bit in your automobile and not take it to a non Hyundai dealer or aftermarket shop. This may void your warranty, which is of great value to you!! Thanks for letting us know our shortcomings and we will make sure we address those directly.

Very very satisfied!!!!!

My wife and I have been buying automobiles and trucks, both new and used, from Riverside for over forty years and every transaction there has been very positive. The Welborn family has owned and operated the dealership for as long as I can remember. You will not fine a finer group of people to do business with. Our latest trade was no exception. Nick Cornejo could not have been any more congenial or helpful. We really only went there late that afternoon to look at various models and to get some estimates as to what a new vehicle might cost us. Since my wife and I are both retired and on fixed income, the bottom dollar was very important to us. Nick worked very hard to get the numbers within our acceptable range and we left that afternoon in a brand new Chevy Equinox. Nick was very attentive to all of our questions as well as explaining in detail all of the features of the SUV. If you are in the market for either a new or used vehicle, I can highly recommend Riverside Auto Group to "make you an offer you can't refuse". Ask for Nick. You will not be disappointed.

I will be back!

Visiting Riverside Chevy was the best choice. I bought a vehicle and drove it home the same day. Ronnie Page is the sales person I delt with. He is the friendly guy & he gets the job done. I will surely be back soon to purchase another vehicle.

Looking for a new car...

I had been looking for a new truck and had already looked at several other dealerships and Riverside Chevrolet Cadillac was by far the friendliest and also managed to beat the other dealerships for the same exact vehicle but with less mileage for $5,000 less.

Excellent Service!

My vehicle went in for a recall but it was too late for a simple repair and instead I would need the part replaced. This was a major item and would require a lengthy time without my vehicle. I was given a loaner vehicle and I settled in for a long wait. I was surprised when I received a call about two weeks ahead of schedule and was told my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. I have been driving it for several weeks now and all is good. Riverside hit this one out of the ball park with excellent service!

Oil change check up

Service was good no problems. Took car without an appointment and everything went well. Went over results of check up and what needs to be done next and wear on tires.
