    NO stars. This is the third time we have TRIED to use the service department at this dealership. HORRIBLE experience... AGAIN. Not ONE of the service advisors we used will call ANYONE back after you repeatedly leave message after message. Three trips and tried a different advisor EACH TIME. I finally had to call the lady at the service desk (very helpful by the way... maybe SHE needs to be an advisor???) and just tell them to pull my damn truck out. I purchased this truck FROM this dealership. Sales staff were awesome. As someone in this field and business (i am a service director for a dealership) all i can say is that i would literally fire everyone and just start over. 8 months and nothing has changed. And notice that every bad review has a "please call the GM at..." We did this. Guess what changed? Nothing. I will be taking my business elsewhere. If i were the GM of this dealership or ESPECIALLY the Service MANAGER i would be ashamed. There is NO management and damn sure no one cares. If i call and leave a message what should be my expectation? One hour.. maybe two and get a call back with an update you PROMISED me at a certain time? How about 5 hours and still no call back? And i had an appointment? Lets just hope we dont get a survey on this one. I promise it will not be a pretty one. We are done with the crappy service for an 80$ oil change. I will give someone else the opportunity to "earn our business" as you say. Tony Whittington (NOT ashamed to post who i am!) PS... I had to give ONE star because i cant leave it at zero which is what it should have been.

    George Baldauf is a consummate professional. I'd strongly recommend him to anyone. My 2017 Volt is my first new Chevrolet, and thanks to George and AutoNation Chevrolet West Austin it won't be my last. Easily my most pleasant car buying experience ever. Thank you! -Zak-

    Horrible customer service. I came from Houston to Autonation Chevrolet Austin to buy a vehicle posted online. We had been in contact with sales person; all appeared good until we got to the dealership. Salesman called earlier to let us know he had to take off to take care of personal business apparently. Once we got to dealership, another salesman told us that car had just sold 10 minutes ago. To me that is bad customer service, lack of work ethic and communication with potential buyers. They could have called us let us know what was going on. Now, I doubt the car ever existed and is just a strategy they use to lure customers. Immediately they offered us another car they had in the lot. We asked to see proof of sale of the vehicle and they could not provide anything having a date of sale. I hope management looks into this issue, so other customers don't have to deal with this kind of problem

    I had been looking Tahoes for a while. I found this dealer on car gurus and immediately sent an inquiry on a particular vehicle on a Sunday. Within an hour Jay (salesman) had contacted me. He was more than helpful every step of the way. We did everything via the Internet and phone. I was able to drive down on a Saturday and they truly has everything ready to sign, etc. I definitely will be going back in the future!

    Courtney Welch takes customer service to the next level! I have never had such an easy going and trustworthy salesperson. She went out of her way to find all of the bells and whistles I wanted in my new Camaro and I LOVE IT!!! About two years ago, I purchased a small Sonic hatchback from her, and this month, I was ready for an upgrade. Courtney took care of every detail from start to finish, and her sales manager, J.D. went above and beyond to try and get me the lowest interest rate and best payments possible. I highly recommend Courtney. She is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, and she doesn't get pushy or demanding. She takes pride in what she does and cares about her customers and it shows. We are going back tomorrow for vehicle number with Courtney - because we know we are in good hands!

    If you have a Chevy auto, this location is by far the best service I have had each and every time over the years. I put lots of miles on my Chevy Traverse and always want to use a certified Chevy service. I did not purchase my vehicle from AutoNation but switched to their service department three years ago. I have had the same service tech over the years, Chad, and I appreciate his taking ownership over my service history. Communication has been good. Follow through has been awesome. They have worked with my extended warranty, assisted with recalls, and frankly been an exceptional service provider truly committed to my satisfaction. I *hate* taking my car in for service, but I am 100% satisfied with the work, communication and price for the services through AutoNation.
