    When I called for service I was transferred to service department and received message "that person is not available" and I was disconnected.... This happen twice. THe call did not even go into voice mail. If they do not respond to calls how do you expect them to deal with real service issues

    We had to get a jump since our car wouldn’t start. My husband drove straight to Hennessy. We were taken right away, diagnostics were done and the... problem was solved under warranty. The shuttle shuttled my husband back to the house to accept a delivery and picked him up when the car was ready. Service dept. was in frequent communication with us. Outstanding job all around!

    Scott Lay, the salesman with whom I worked, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in. He was able to answer whatever questions... that I had, and was very patient and thorough about explaining all of the features of the information system, locks, safety features, etc. I did not feel pressured to buy, yet he managed to keep me in the dealership on a couple of occasions when I felt like I wanted to leave and give the purchase more thought. He is a good salesman because he accomplishes your objective as a dealership without being pushy or rude.
