AutoNation Gulf Freeway has been my Dealership for the

AutoNation Gulf Freeway has been my Dealership for the past 5 years and I get the absolute best Service there. The Staff in the Service Department does a Fantastic job at servicing all of my vehicles and they are Very Professional in their handling of Customers. They keep you very informed of the progress of the work being done and also offer advice on repairs that they may come across that could be a potential problem and needs addressing. Hate off to the Service Team at AutoNation Gulf Freeway!!

I bought a lowered f150 xl and the fenders hit when I hit

I bought a lowered f150 xl and the fenders hit when I hit a dip or a bump and no one wants to resolve the problem they basically saying I can’t have anything in the bed of the truck

Everything is great until you have problem!

Everything is great until you have problem! Sales person has not resolved the issue after 2 weeks. Tried to contact the General Manager twice but unable to do so. GM has not returned my call. Paid 70K. They have my money!

I traded my car in 18 days ago. AutoNation has not paid off the loan. I was forced to make an $800 payment on June 2 on a car i no longer own. I am now making payments on .y new car and m y trade in. Both cars handeled by AutoNation. I have made many calls to the General Manager, Service Manager and the finance people. No one ever returs calls@

I’ve purchased a lot of cars in my days and this was my most pleasant experience ever. James and Hunter were both GREAT. Extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. When I signed the papers, they would’ve spend all day showing me all I needed to know if I had wanted them to. After care, top notch. Had to bring my truck in for the bed liner and he promised to have a car waiting for me and he was at the car when I drove up, took my license and insurance copies and I was on my way. Very satisfied customer here!

My representative was Jose C. He was amazing. He set up my services for me to have my car diagnose. He also set up a pick up and a delivery for me at my convenience. The process took a couple of days and I had my vehicle back and everything was fixed in a timely manner. Thank you so much for your great customer service.!!! also, Andy was amazing.
