I had an appointment Friday 1/23/26 at 9:00 am I arrived
I had an appointment Friday 1/23/26 at 9:00 am I arrived to the dealership before 8:45 am, I was told by the person that took my car in and told me that the service and taking care of the recall would take two and a half hours, over three hours later I went to ask on my car status, and he told me that my car haven’t even been touched because they had lost the keys, that made me really upset, on top of that he told me that the dealership was going to give a loaner but I have to place a credit card and hold $150.00 as deposit, this is insane and made more upset, I still done it because at that time I had wasted my hall day, I wish there was a 0 stars review and post that on the poor customer service care.
