Have oil change, break fluid change (on the signed paper it is $29，then the sales David over charged for another $100 finally）and wheel alignment... for $129. I would not do service with this dealer, full of upsales. And on their web site, there is no more features of build the service package by your own so that you can know the price.

It was good the guy up front got me in quickly kept me up to date with his calls and even gave me a ride to work and then back to pick up the car.
I brought my car in to have the airbags replaced. It took about 3 hours, but Michael, the service rep, was very courteous, checking on the progress and... informing me of it. Great experience!

My service advisor was very nice. When I picked up my car I noticed two things. One that my panel that has the radio seemed to have reverted back to... an original form when I got the car. The service person came out and checked it and when I turned the car on again everything worked. However this has never happened before and this was my first time for any real kind of service. Second my tires were low on pressure. They were not low when I dropped the car off. The service person said that the maintenance tech filled them with air. He asked if I got my tires from the dealer and I said no I got them from Discount Tire which I have shopped with over 30 years. He said I should have them check them out. These are new tires within the last couple of months. The tech obviously does not know how to put air in tires as I went to one of the automatic machines put in money and filled the tires. This morning all was fine as well. This kind of service makes me wonder what kind of dealer you guys are. It is my first real experience but I have dealt with poor mechanics in the past and have learned lessons at my age. They should have put air in the tires at the dealer.
