Dali Vojvodjic (Sales Associate) and Tarique Nizamani

Dali Vojvodjic (Sales Associate) and Tarique Nizamani (Financial Services Manager) are just amazing to work with - efficient, professional, very detailed, extremely knowledgeable, very well organized, patient, customer oriented, and most importantly projects honesty. This was my second time working with Dali and fourth with Tarique. Just when I thought my experience with these gentlemen could not get any better, they went above and beyond my expectations. I contacted Dali on the 22nd about a GLS 450 and told him the features my wife and I were looking for as our 2020 GLS 450 had been totaled from an accident the previous week. He immediately informed me that they did not have a GLS 450 in stock with the features we were looking for, but I could come in to look at one he thought we might really like, so I scheduled an appointment for the next day. He had the vehicle ready when I made it there. Although we liked the vehicle, it just did not have some of the features we were adamantly looking for, so he started looking at 450’s at other locations. He then decided to show me a vehicle on display parked in the entry way of the main building. Although he and I did not know it at the time, this vehicle turned out to be a 2024 GLS 580 with all the features we were looking for, so I just knew it was outside of our price range. I asked Dali to run the numbers anyway. He immediately went to the Sales Manager and came back with some figures I thought was reasonable, so the deal moved forward to Tarique, the Financial Services Manager. Tarique started working with Mercedes Benz Financial Services which required more negotiations between us and the dealership. He conglomerated with the General Sales Manager and Customer Financial Services Director and came back with what my wife and I think was just an astonishing deal. From the moment I went to view the vehicles through to the completion of purchase, I felt being well informed and looked after by Dali and Tarique. Both stayed on point, didn't push, answered any questions in detail, stayed honest, and got it done. The attention they gave me upon arrival was unparalleled, going above and beyond in every aspect! We could not be happier and just loved working with Dali and Tarique. We would give them our highest recommendation! We cannot say enough about how wonderful and stress free our experiences has been with Mercedes-Benz of Houston North.

Anna was the absolute BEST!

Anna was the absolute BEST! From the beginning to the end and everything in between, she was phenomenal. This car buying experience was truly the best one I've ever had. The dealership has a "no pressure" vibe. I was very impressed that the sales manager trusted his team to do the job and didn't feel necessary to interject himself into the deal at any point. In fact, the only time he came by was to briefly introduce himself and pass along his contact information. That is how a well-ran team and organization operates. I cannot recommend Anna and North Houston enough. Even the finance person was nice, no pressure, and easy to work with. Thanks for making my first Mercedes purchase a memorable, pleasurable experience.
