I went in to activate my car's splitview console. Although it took a few tweaking which included resetting the Comand module, it's now up and running.... Mr. Fleeks and everyone I interacted with at the dealership were very friendly and courteous. Response time was good. Exemplary service!

When I first contacted MB of Houston North I thought it highly unlikely that we would end up buying. We live in San Antonio and the 3+ hour drive isn't... my idea of a good time, but Travis Lewis was so professional and honest that we really had no doubt that we'd be driving home in our GL450. The GL is perfect and we are both very pleased. I told Travis as we were leaving the dealership -- "You are by far the best used car salesperson I've ever met!"

Tony at Mercedes-Benz Houston North is by far the best salesman I have ever had. He was polite, caring, and really went above and beyond to get us what... we wanted during our experience. Frank in finance was also great and got us through the paperwork faster than any dealership I?ve ever been to. The facility itself was very accommodating between the coffee and the very clean bathrooms. I truly look forward to bringing my business back to Tony next time we?re in the market!
