I would like to mention how this Service Advisor REID MILLIKAN serves as an example and inspiration to this dealership! His pleasant professional attitude... and his speedy exceptional service is to be commended. He made me feel like I was significant and attentive to my car! Its rare to encounter an employee who is professional with superior work ethnics. I wish they had more people like this!
We were there yesterday , looking for a car , it was a 2018 car with 7000 milles on it . Looking to trade out 2012 suv with 60000 milles on it . The appraisal... was $3000 less than kbb value , then we went inside to see how much the payments would be and they gave us a interest of 12% then when we said the payments were too high , they gave us another option of 23% claiming it would be a miracle option , keeping in mind that i have a fairly good credit , felt like they were trying to rob me instead of selling a car. Will be going somewhere else . In top of that my daughter needs to use the restroms , and you can not believe how nasty they were .
Of the many cars I have purchased over the years, my experience with Leon tops the list. I highly recommend him as your representative. I call him the... sharp dressed man. Thank you Leon for keeping it real.
WROST CUSTOMER SERVICE**** I have ever experienced. On yesterday, I called the service department and spoke to a service person named Amanda Cambron (she... has only been employed 6 months) I told her that I had ran over a curb and flatten 2 tires.and Im having to get my car towed. I specifically asked her were the tires covered because I had Road Hazard and had purchased the tires there. She says "Yes" and then she states ..Let me make sure we have your size tire" ..after a short delay, She then stated .." Yes , we have your size ..I then let her know I was having to tow my car from Stockbridge..and I should be there shortly..She responds.."Great". I finally arrive at the dealership about 20 mins before closing. She greets me at the door. This is when everything goes down hill..Amanda didnt know what type of Road Hazard I had , she was asking others about whether it was In House thru Toyota or if it was some other company, that was closed by 230pm. She finally decides that probably I have In House Road Hazard ..and I will have to pay 50% of purchase of new tires, which came up to almost $200.00. So imagine how it feels to be mislead, and not being completely informed.None of this was told to me over the phone!!! She appeared unbothered. I became very upset,so, I requested to speak to John Walters.(the GM).He was worst then her, This guy was unprofessional, very arrogant, and condescending. He didnt care about me as a customer, He never apologized for the lack of information given, he didnt care about any of my concerns. He suggested I was looking for a hand out.. He stated"Why do you think we are just gonna give you tires for free? " I couldnt believe my ears. His statement sounded bias and racially motivated. He told me to leave , HIS dealership and they dont want my business. He was unprofessional with his gestures and body language, like he was tired of me complaining and just wanted me out. He even waved me off and stated "Get Out" ...I couldn't believe what I was seeing considering I had purchased my car at this dealership almost 2 years ago, and I even referred them to my coworker who purchased a car as well. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone until they change their leadership. Toyota's are great cars ...this Dealership just gives them a bad name. I have filed a complaint with BBB. I intend to post my complaint every week to ensure any prospective customer will know what they are dealing with if they visit Toyota of McDonough.
I purchased my car over a month ago and my daughter and son in law drove me to the Toyota dealer and that's where we met Leon. I have never in my... 71 years of living experienced a smooth purchasing process than this year. I love my car and love Toyota-You too Leon!
I am very unsatified to say the least. Purchased a car June 6,2018. Today is September 19th still no registration or permanent tag. I believe I have been... patient enough. I can be ticketed any day now. I would not recommend this dealership. I am still using a dealer tag. Paying a car note on a unregistered car.
Had one of the worst experiences ever I bought a 2006 Nissan Maxima from Toyota of McDonough and about 2 weeks later, the check engine light came on and... it failed emissions test. Turns out the check engine light was because of transmission issues. I brought the vehicle up to the dealership and did not receive any valid help and they just held me to the side as if I wasn’t an importance as a customer. I then was directed to the sales manager who immediately cut me off before I could even finish a sentence and directed me to the service manager. Who was obviously too busy until I believe was one of his coworkers told me to drive on it more to see if it improves. It was still running horribly so I emailed my salesman and he never responded either. I tried getting into contact with multiple people constantly over the phone due to my scheduled working hours and no one was helpful at all and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. DO NOT recommend buying a car from this dealership EVER AGAIN
Mr. Ahmad Ali was very polite and helpful in explaining the details of acquiring the car, very professional and courteous with a positive attitude and approach
I brought 2 cars in for service and Don assisted me on both days. He made sure I was well taken care of and all maintenance was completed.
I took my 2011 Toyota Sienna to have 4 recalls fixed. Upon picking up my van after the work was done my trunk would not close properly causing the van... to think the trunk was open and a constant dinging sound as i would drive. I brought this to the attention of the shop manager and they claimed the van had been in an accident and it was a pre existing problem. The van would need to be brought to a body shop and have them align the trunk back up. They would be happy to look at the van again and diagnose the problem for $130.00. I brought the van home and upon closer examination discovered that the seal around the trunk was not placed back in correctly. Also, the bumper was pushed out an 1/8 inch at the location of the drivers side back tail light. Upon loosening the screws and taking a closer look the wiring harness for the drivers side back tail light was lodged between the bumper and the van causing the bumper to be miss aligned and not allowing the trunk to close properly. After pushing the harness out of the way the trunk closed properly. The shop manager lied straight to me claiming that they had not touched any area around the trunk. IF YOU TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR REPAIRS AND MYSTERIOUS PROBLEMS ARISE. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will lie to cover their mistakes. Their shop is exactly why mechanics can have a bad reputation when it comes to honesty.
