I am very unsatified to say the least. Purchased a car June 6,2018. Today is September 19th still no registration or permanent tag. I believe I have been... patient enough. I can be ticketed any day now. I would not recommend this dealership. I am still using a dealer tag. Paying a car note on a unregistered car.
Had one of the worst experiences ever I bought a 2006 Nissan Maxima from Toyota of McDonough and about 2 weeks later, the check engine light came on and... it failed emissions test. Turns out the check engine light was because of transmission issues. I brought the vehicle up to the dealership and did not receive any valid help and they just held me to the side as if I wasn’t an importance as a customer. I then was directed to the sales manager who immediately cut me off before I could even finish a sentence and directed me to the service manager. Who was obviously too busy until I believe was one of his coworkers told me to drive on it more to see if it improves. It was still running horribly so I emailed my salesman and he never responded either. I tried getting into contact with multiple people constantly over the phone due to my scheduled working hours and no one was helpful at all and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. DO NOT recommend buying a car from this dealership EVER AGAIN

I brought 2 cars in for service and Don assisted me on both days. He made sure I was well taken care of and all maintenance was completed.
I took my 2011 Toyota Sienna to have 4 recalls fixed. Upon picking up my van after the work was done my trunk would not close properly causing the van... to think the trunk was open and a constant dinging sound as i would drive. I brought this to the attention of the shop manager and they claimed the van had been in an accident and it was a pre existing problem. The van would need to be brought to a body shop and have them align the trunk back up. They would be happy to look at the van again and diagnose the problem for $130.00. I brought the van home and upon closer examination discovered that the seal around the trunk was not placed back in correctly. Also, the bumper was pushed out an 1/8 inch at the location of the drivers side back tail light. Upon loosening the screws and taking a closer look the wiring harness for the drivers side back tail light was lodged between the bumper and the van causing the bumper to be miss aligned and not allowing the trunk to close properly. After pushing the harness out of the way the trunk closed properly. The shop manager lied straight to me claiming that they had not touched any area around the trunk. IF YOU TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR REPAIRS AND MYSTERIOUS PROBLEMS ARISE. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will lie to cover their mistakes. Their shop is exactly why mechanics can have a bad reputation when it comes to honesty.

Absolutely horrible. Worst dealership experience ever. Purchased a car, drove it for over 2 weeks for them to say financing didn't go through. Went... back. They sold us a new car at the same price to try to make the situation right. Said financing was good and everything was fine. Had vechile for a week and then they called and said it wasn't and I needed to bring the auto back. Upon doing so, they did not have my trade in anymore to give back to me. They offered to pay us the trade in and down payment amount but then we are still waiting to receive that check to this day. Filed complaints with state and bbb against this dealership. Never have I had a dealership let us leave in auto if financing wasn't a done deal. And it happened twice. Salesman, finance managers, and GM are all pathetic. Stay away and avoid their scams.
Started off with massively low balling me on the trade in, then had the nerve to say it’s what KBB priced it as. When I knew KBB had it priced for... 4K higher. When we told them that was a crazy low price they couldn’t come close to what was reasonable. They would cross out other prices to make it seem like they are taking a bunch off the car, then come back and youd owe barely any less. As we were walking out, they told us to leave and then proceeded to walk across the sales floor talking about us where people could hear. Very unprofessional.
Found this dealership on Autotrader. Leon Poole and Alexis made it happen. Best deal in the whole country on a new Camry. Give them a call and you will... see!
The sales person got back with me in a timely manner. Very polite and professional. She give me a variety in options in purchasing a new are a used vehicle.
