    . It was a GREAT experience! He was very friendly, professional and personable. He made the process simple and there was no pressure. I actually enjoyed buying this car and would go back in a heartbeat. We did encounter a few hiccups along the way and they were handled quickly and efficiently. One gentleman from the service department went out of his way to help us on a very rainy morning. He took me to a station where my ride had a flat tire and helped change the tire. Every person I have talked to has been very friendly and helpful. I feel like they do their job well and even go above and beyond.

There was no pressure whatsoever! We purchased a new Highlander with all the bells and whistles, and Leon made sure to show us how to use them.

    car the 1st 2 weeks I owned the car, I had to get one of the managers involved and they paid an outside source to fix my issue. My salesman Erin was super nice but he doesn't work there any more...hmmmm. Now I have been dealing with Britney in the Title Department and after an extension on my dealer issued tag I now have a DEALER TAG and keep getting different stories about when my title will be here so I can get the car registered in my name and get my tag. She forgets to do things she says she is going to do, her timeline of events never matches up from one conversation to the next and unfortunately I am at her mercy to get the title and tag. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone! Worst customer service ever! Oh but they did give me $10 Walmart gift card for "my troubles" WOW

  • Apprarent Scam Attempt

    l me two tires and a front end alignment for close to $400.00. They could get the work done the following day. I said, "not so fast as I needed to think about it since it was a very slow leak and we were leaving for an extended vacation. Upon return from the vacation, I took my car to a local garage to have nitrogen added to the tires. They recommended that they look at it. As a result of their examination, they found the only puncture of the tire to be about 1/3rd of the distance in on the tread and said it was an easy fix. That was two weeks ago and the tire light has not come on. $27.00 or close to $400.00 -- I reported it to the dealership and have yet to receive a call or apology. I can only conclude that their tire staff is either incompetent or that they were trying to scam me. They have lost my trust and I will not be returning.

WE WENT BACK AND ADRIAN OUR SALES PERSON SAID YES THE $17,000 WAS CORRECT AND SO DID THE SALE MANAGER MAYSON. JEFF TEAGUE, FINANCE MANAGER ASKED IS TO RETURN ON LABOR DAY AND WE DID. HE TOLD US THAT THE SIGN IN THE CAR WAS NOT FOR THAT CAR IT WAS FOR ANOTHER ONE. THEY ARE FALSE ADVERTISMENT AND THEY SCAM PEOPLE BAIT AND SWITCH IS WHAT IT IS CALLED. SCAM ARTIST I WILL NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN AND NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM. WATCH OUT!

  • Bait and Switch Twice this year--used car buyer beware

    ad experience and he made me think that they were going to do better than last time. After driving over 60 miles to get there, the truck we've been discussing over the phone "just sold". The manager James Allen said they had another one that was "similar" but wait, it's under recall and can't even be test driven today. I know cars get sold, but the gal called me literally as I was pulling up to ask if I was coming in. My nephew is deployed in Afghanistan and trying to buy the truck before he comes home in October. You'd think they'd treat a member of the Armed Forces with a little more respect and integrity. Earlier this year another used car we were interested in was advertised as an automatic but when we got there to test drive--oh--it's stick shift. "But we have other used cars...." Once is an honest mistake. Twice? It's a pattern. And I'm not falling for their bait and switch again. It's a shame the dealership has this culture as I figured buying a used Toyota from a Toyota dealership would be a better experience. But not with this dealership. @toyotaGA
