West Herr Ford Hamburg

I can't say enough good things about the truck service I receive when I go to west herr ford of hamburg. I have a f350 diesel and have had some issues with the truck because it's getting older and has nearly 300,000 miles on it. They are the only dealership I take my truck to. They have very good mechanics and staff and do a good job.

We just bought a 2023 Kia Soul S from West Herr , Hamburg, NY. The business facility was kept clean and professional. Our salesman Bill Pease was professional and nice to work with. His sales assistant was great at finishing up any loose ends and made car buying great as well. If you want to buy new or used and want to be treated well , I would recommend West Herr.

Poor experience with their service department. When I dropped my car off I was told it would take 4-5 hours After 7 hours I had not heard from them and called. I was they left me a voicemail but I never received a voicemail. I was also told the recall work had to be done at their collision department. When I took it to the collision department they took a couple of photos and told me they would call me when the parts were in. I’ don’t see why the service department couldn’t take the photos and forward them to collision
