Fantastic Experience Leasing New Car
We have leased and bought MB for over 40 years. This was absolutely the best experience we have had! Tina James is wonderful. We have been to many different dealerships and met many sales people over the years. Tina is the reason we leased our new GLE and will lease our new S from her as well. She is extremely competent, very knowledgable about her product and follows up in a timely and friendly manner. She is so easy to work with and there never was a sales pitch or back and forth about the price. She gave us a terrific price the first time around and that makes her a pleasure to work with in the future. No one has time to shuttle between this manager, and get a different price and back and forth. It is simple, terrific service from Tina and I would absolutely recommend her as someone you can trust to deliver you the best car at the best price. Another dealership had told me there were no GLE's with my color combination and specifics. Tina worked it out and found me the perfect car. Kudos to your company for having someone like her on your team!

Outstanding Customer Service
Since relocating from the east coast I have taken my SL550 only to this dealership. Alex Melgar has been my service manager and I cannot say enough about his professionalism and courtesy. Beyond that it comes down to trust. I will continue to use Mercedes Benz of Thousand Oaks for care and maintenance of my vehicle.

Went to test drive an E350. Was greeted by salesperson shortly after walking in to the showroom and instead of immediately trying to "sell" me something, asked which model I was interested in and then asked me if I'd ever driven one. I replied I hadn't so instead of launching into a sales pitch, he offered me a test drive so I could be sure I even liked the car before we started talking about buying or leasing and pricing. Was very impressed with how I was treated and how easy it was to shop at Silver Star!
Had an amazing experience with Silver Star. I dealt with Ryan Huffman, first through the internet and then in person. Throughout the whole process he was friendly and informative but never pushy. He let me take my time with the decision and was the total opposite of what I expected a car salesman to be like! The rest of the staff was super friendly, and while I was walking around several salesmen approached to see if I needed help. Financing and paperwork was easy to get through ... overall got through the test drive and paperwork in about 3 hours. Much easier and simpler than I expected it to be! Highly highly recommended.
