I went there for scheduled maintenance. I expected to be there for a minimum 2 hours but they were finished in just over 1 hour. Free Wi-Fi to pass the... time. Great job!
So I schedule an appointment with Toyota south because my favorite location in McDonough was booked while scheduling I was delighted to be offered a shuttle... pick as I work from home so that was great I could get right back to work. So I get there that next morning early hoping this would work in my favor well it didn't I was initially told the shuttle would be there in 20 minutes then it turned 45 minutes bare in mind there's already a 2hr delay in the service department already. So im there about 25 mintues and I call the service department to let them know where im sitting so I won't miss the shuttle and an update on there time if arrival and im told 30 to 45 minutes away the manager who knows someones waiting on the shuttle has this great idea to send the shuttle to Fayetteville, Ga. The shuttle only takes and pick up people 8 miles away max quote unquote but now you're routing it way too Fayetteville with customer waiting but let you tell it customer service is your number one priority well you could've fooled me Toyota South. This type of service is why I drive to McDonough despite Toyota south being in my back yard. Watched 4 sales people standing around you all need to make better use of your employees if they not doing nothing put them to work. They could've gotten a anyone sitting around answering phone or just standing there to go do a drop off know good well they sent the 1 shuttle they got all the way to Fayetteville totally inconsiderate had I been in any other area a supervisor or manager would've made a more customer friendly decision.

Used the CR Car Buy program and Toyota South Atlanta responded quickly. Lexie was patient and worked hard to get me the car I wanted at a good price.
Used car with 12000 miles with an exorbitant price of 28000 was returned but was rejected.i made an option to excahnge it but they refused.neither couldnt... i trade it nor nor ex hange it after 4 days. Customer relationsship with the finace manager david and fred the sales manager was very poor. The car stoped on the road and displayed two error.i brought it back again but i was told to schedlue an appointment .i was not given any prefrential treatment eventhough the car was bought recently. The location is not customercentric
The guys at Toyota south are A-1. Even though they were busy, I was out of there in less than an hour. They were efficient and helpful. I have been knowing... Tony (service manager) for a long time. All the guys work hard and work together. I am willing to drive pass Union City to come here. It is all about the team. Nissan South is the same.
