    Rashad, DJ (Business manager), and Matt (Sales Manager), and the service department were all wonderful in their respective roles. Not only was service performed promptly on our Acura TL, we ended up purchasing a new ILX. Even with a difficult financial situation. Furthermore, DJ continued to fight for better terms on our loan arrangement even after he got terms that were favorable. Everyone involved was truly committed to making us happy and did so with courtesy and a smile. I am more than satisfied with how we were treated and shocked at how determined everyone involved was in making sure we were happy with everything. McGrath Acura is trustworthy and I have no problem recommending them to anyone in the market for a car new or used. I'm thrilled with how we were treated, especially considering how many car dealers are unscrupulous.

    They offered good online price. Even though they will not match the online price what was offered but i still got the car for good price when i compared to the other dealers. Noonya Taroyan is an excellent sales person and was great to work with. I will definitely recommend her to friends. They also offered free all season mats and one year free oil change. I am satisfied with their customer service and their quality of work.

    We purchased a new vehicle here in January 2017. Good online price offered & our sales person - Rashad was the best to work with. My wife & I would give Rashad 6-Stars if we were able! If you are looking for a new vehicle purchase I would not hesitate to ask for Rashad. ON THE OTHER HAND, the dealership seems to have a sales practice of advertising cars online at a very attractive price to get customers in & then try to say you have to pay extra for items added to the vehicle. We drove in a distance to look at a car we had seen online at a good price that had installed add-ons (roof rack, running boards & fog lights) which were advertised as being included. Upon arriving, we were told that the car price online did not include the add-ons & would cost extra. I can't blame the dealership for wanting to advertise online at an attractive price to get customers to come in - heck it got us to drive in an hour. But what appeared to be a bait & switch with the price did not sit well with either of us. We were also told that McGrath Acura offered all new car purchasers their first two oil changes for free as a perk for purchasing from them. That was also not true - at least not for us. The finance person had the cost of that "FREE" perk included in the price of the car which we were told he was required to include by the dealership. Had my wife & I not been purchasing with financing & the finance person agreeing to reduce our interest rate to offset the cost of the FREE perk, we would have walked & bought elsewhere. Ultimately my wife & I purchased the vehicle at the price we were happy with & Rashad was great to work with. The four star rating for the dealership is only due to the tactics the ownership or management chooses to do. Maybe other's wouldn't even give them 4 stars.

    There is a reason I have leased 5 cars from McGrath! Always friendly, customer centric and quality service are just a few of the reasons I keep coming back! *Drew, in Finance was not a good example of what McGrath stands for. I thought he was abrasive, rude and condescending. If it wasn't for my relationship with Noonya, I would have walked out of his office. I have usually done all the paperwork with DJ and he is an absolute treasure! Such a different experience!

    Buying a car? Forget about the haggling and the "behind the scenes sales manager:floor manager negotiating" while you wait and wait at the desk in the car lobby. McGrath Acura Morton Grove gets you a solid number up front for your trade in (they literally took my key, drove my car and gave me a number in under ten minutes) and they put you in a test car so fast it's truly a memorable experience. Noonya Taroyan was my sales person and she catered to everything I needed in terms of limited time to shop or sign paperwork, final negotiating prices fast and up front, follow-up via text/email/phone (your preference is met and exceeded) and seeking/finding my exact car. Turns out my limited availabilty MDX match was the one ordered by Ms. McGrath and so I got hers!
