    Best overall new car buying experience. Great communication via email until I was ready to come into the dealership to test drive a new car. Notes are... memorialized in their computer system to minimize the need to repeat your needs. Patrick Oriol is the consummate "Consultant", he may be the best at what he does on the Coast...

    Horrible customer service. This is the second time I have had an experience like this. Upon arriving to get car there was a girl sitting behind the counter... doing nothing... not on phone or anything. She told me “she would be right with me”. I stood there for at lease 5 minutes. Still nothing. The service advisor “Zachery Rhoads” who checked my car in at 10:15 walked up. He looked at me and never even acknowledged me. At that time the phone began ringing. He answered the phone and stayed on it for over 5 minutes. I’m still standing there. When he got off he started going through papers which I assumed he was looking for the paperwork for my car. He then turned and walked inside the waiting area while I still stood there. Remind u other employee still sitting there doing nothing. He came out of waiting area with a female customer. He began waiting on her. I’m still standing there. After about another 5-7 minutes talking to her he began going through papers again. Once again I thought He was getting paperwork for my car. He then turned never said nothing and walked to the service area. At this time I said “Now IM PISSED” there was another young girl then said I’ll help you. What’s your name. I told her and she began looking for my paperwork. Zack walked back up and she called him. He then looked at me and said “oh I didn’t know you was waiting on me”. Regardless to if I was waiting on him or not I was a customer just standing there like I was invisible until I said I was pissed. I am really beginning to think that it’s a racial issue!!!! Second experience. And also I know the last visit I was informed by my another advisor that tire rotation was free because I purchased the car from them. Zack on the other hand was charging me for it although I explained what I was previously informed. He told me it was only if I purchased tires from them. Arguing back and forth. These service advisors need to be taught customer service skills. When customers pay thousands for vehicles they expect exceptional customer service and for me to have received this type of treatmeant twice doesn’t say much for this dealership. Looks really bad because they are carrying the Nissan name.

    Previously I did not have a good experience here, years ago. Now, there is nothing to say but WOW! Kevin Payton was excellent. We were 5k-6k upside down... and he still worked with us and managed to get us an amazing deal and a low monthly payment.
