The guy who works the register (and wears an Atlanta Falcon hat.... but we’ll let that slide haha) is always polite, and he always makes sure your... service/repair is done the way you want it and informs you of any other repairs that may need to be made. He is never pushy when suggesting these repairs which is refreshing because most places try to shove them down your throat. This is why Pat Peck is the only place I take my vehicle to for service or repair. As far as the Atlanta Falcons, better luck next year....

My repair charges were $1850...and were followed by a transmission failure in one day and less than 100 mile drive. I was offered no offer of towing, no... recompense of payment, clear indication that whether the repair part or installation was in error that no warranty on parts or service applied in the situation. I was offered no price break for the installation of a rebuilt transmission from this dealer ... but was offered such a break with a dealer closer to my residence. I suppose I am simply out the money. But, if one would ask whether this is a service facility that has customer concerns in their package or income, I would say money. I think the customer generally does not know that a given repair VERY often leads to another more costly repair.

Although I did buy my car from Pat Peck I still won’t let anyone service it. I tried it and always issue. I had been having a noise from my vehicle... (17 Altima) for around a year now. Brought it in and they fixed it right on up. Everyone’s friendly. I love the facility.
