If I could give them less than one star I would. Had an alternator replaced. Ford factory alternator referb because they do not make new any more - but... it was still a Ford product - It went BAD - IN LESS THAN A WEEK. Not only did it lock up and was so hot to the touch you could not touch it. The garbage alternator House put in also fried out my Cluster (and who knows what else because the vehicle wont even start). House Ford refuses to go good on it. They want ME to pay for the damages their product caused. Justin the service advisor, Dwight the service advisor manager and even Jessica the GM all told me straight out that they would not pay for the additional damage the alternator caused to my vehicle. DO NOT go there. Don't buy vehicles there, Don't get your service work done there. If they mess something up or their parts are defective they refuse to go good on it and make things right.
This is my second purchase and I am yet again.. a VERY satisfied customer. Everyone is always friendly and eager to help you and not in the overwhelming/pushy... salesman type. They are genuine people and the hospitality is great! My first purchase was smooth, I walked in and shortly after I drove away in a new Jeep. 3 years later and I come back and I didn’t find what I was looking for, but I wasn’t disappointed. I got consistent emails with the update on the cars that I wanted (Prices always dropping) and Ben was never unreachable. 4 months after that, I return for an even better experience and I drive away with 2020 Jeep. ❤️

They matched the price from another dealership. The place was clean and everyone was friendly and not pushy. they let me take it out on a test drive... alone. over all a nice place

This dealership is absolutely amazing!! The layout of the showroom is very nice, the selection of vehicles is vast and seems to be growing! To top it off... they were more than knowledgeable about the vehicle, the sales man showed me everything and he me walked through the entire thing including the tops and electronics!!
Justin Burke is a great choice to be the face of the Ford Service Department. The service area is very clean, I came on a rainy day and still the guys... were able to keep the floor clean and dry.
John was great excellent, friendly professional service.. Arranged to have our vehicle delivered to my wife's school where she works. Very accommodating... yo our schedules
