In general, way better experience than before.

In general, way better experience than before. Gabriel was very helpful and understanding. The only downside was to commit to a car that was not in the lot. I thought it would be full-equipped (sport and touring) but it did not have the garage opener in the rear mirror or shades in the back seats. But I love my CRV-hybrid!

I left Las Cruces early because I thought I might run

I left Las Cruces early because I thought I might run into road construction delays and I didn't want to be late. I found no delays and arrived at the dealership almost an hour early. The employees in the service department serviced my car as soon as possible. I very much appreciated that my wait was just under 1.5 hours.
