Willie was very helpful.
Willie was very helpful. He informed me that the pickup car was in Horizon. That would mean an long wait at the dealership. An SMS text would be sent when the car arrived back as the dealership. About 2 hours later, he sent the text, and I drove back to Honda with the car and A/C problem. I was driven home shortly afterwards. The 2020 CRV stayed in shop for about 3 days. Willie drove the car to my house after repair was completed, and I drove him back. A very pleasant experience thanks to Willie.

We had a great experience with Rudolph Honda.
We had a great experience with Rudolph Honda. We purchased a brand new vehicle that ended up having a manufacturing issue. Rudolph was astute in trying to fix the issue and when unable to gave us a brand new car in a newer year with all the features we had asked for with our first purchase. Like life, cars aren’t perfect, but we appreciate the diligence of the team in working hard to remedy the experience.
