My car is always well taken care of and best of all I'm treated so well. This will sound phony but I enjoy going there. If I wait I'm comfortable or I'm... taken across the street to shop then picked up when the car is finished.
Getting a car serviced is usually a nightmare, but not at Mitchell's Land Rover in Canton. Laurie does a great job scheduling your visit and ordering parts.... Check in process is slick.......left in 5 minutes with a loaner. Maintenance is thorough and of high quality. And the car is washed and dried even better than I do it myself. All this because Don and his staff "care". Don even remembers my name from servicing to servicing.....nice touch.
From the initial phone call to the service department and through the entire process of servicing my vehicle, the experience was professional and the interaction... stellar. No drama, no up selling just business as usual. A pleasurable experience all around!

First, let me clarify a review I had written in the past. I mistakenly stated that Land Rover Farmington Valley did not give you door to door service.... That was an error on my part...they do. I previously had never taken advantage of it since I am usually near by to drop off. So, they will pick and and deliver a loaner placing them in the same delivery and pick up spectrum as all of the other high end dealerships. I am now on my fourth Land Rover. This time, the Discovery. I thought I'd like to change brands, just for something different. I wanted a mid size SUV with all the new safety features, plenty of leg room in the second row ( tall kids), and two extra seats to total seven in a pinch. Nothing else had all of those qualifications except the Discovery. My previous cars were the LR4. Those were the days of carrying lots of kids all the time. Loved that model also. My salesperson, Adrian, was incredible. She searched the country to find exactly what I wanted from the color to the specs. She is always available for any of my dumb questions or how to use the technology available. Michael came to our home to give me personal lessons and, should I need anymore, happily volunteered to return. Dylan Gengras is a first class manager who is friendly and willing to do anything to keep Land Rover of Farmington Valley clients pleased. The front desk, manned by Dave, is always a pleasure to work with. the service manager, Don, knows his business and will answer any questions you ask. So, in light of those facts, you can't beat the dealership here and I defy anyone not to fall in love with one of the Land Rover models that fit your specifications. Before you purchase a car, just give one of them a try. I think you'll be very gratified.
