I purchased a used Toyota Camry from these guys at asking price. The salesman claimed they were upside down on the car and couldn't drop the price... at all. (This should have been a big warning sign to me, but I was naive and didn't think too much about it.) A day and a half after I bought it, the check engine light popped on. I called them and they told me to bring the car in so they could diagnose the problem and we'd go from there. I did this, and after sitting in the waiting room for around an hour, I was told that they couldn't find the problem and to diagnose it any further would cost me around $200. I was then told that only after I paid for further diagnostics, they would consider options to "maybe help me pay for the repair depending on what it was," but would not give me any specifics on what they would be willing to do. At this point my trust level with this dealership was nonexistent so I took it to a more trustworthy place. They diagnosed the problem to be a bad EVAP leak detection pump. The repair ended up costing me about $1000. I have no way of proving it, but I'm sure this issue existed before I purchased the car and they just cleared the check engine light for the test drives I took. I tested this possibility by clearing the error codes myself and it would take a day or two of driving before the check engine light came back on, exactly like what happened when I first bought it. They also passed the emissions test on the car, which should not have happened with the bad EVAP pump. So either they ignored this problem and passed the emissions test anyway because they didn't want to fix it, or I am an extremely unlucky customer. Either way, you would think Affinity Auto would have been willing to help me out, but they were not. Their only interest was in milking more money out of my pocket. Because of all this and the way my situation was handled, I am a very dissatisfied customer. I would not recommend or trust this dealership. If you do end up looking at buying a car from them, have a mechanic you trust do a THOROUGH inspection of the vehicle before making any decisions. Affinity Auto will leave you out to dry once the sale is made.
Pros: Best Buying Expeirence I ever had, felt like they really valued my business, I would buy from them again. Cons: 1 week and $23,5000 after buying... my truck, I think it has tranmission problems. But like I mentioned above, I would still buy from them again, i honesdtly feel they are honest people.
All the cars in their selection were very nice and surprisingly affordable in comparison to the competition. They were very friendly and gave us an amazing... deal. Definitely the most trust worthy dealership we've been to. To top it off they take care of all taxes and registration so we didn't have to run to the DMV for our great new vehicle.
I mostly worked with Alec. He was very helpful and knew what I wanted and didn’t punch for more. He was very flexible with my needs which was very... amazing.

This was our first time buying a car. I was a little nervous because I know used car salesmen have a reputation. Affinity had a huge selection of cars... and Jessica was very friendly and honest and not even the least bit pushy. She even pointed out a scratch in the car's paint to us! We were able to take the car to our mechanic (who said it was in perfect condition) and take our time making the decision. They even washed our car and filled it with gas before we drove it off the lot. We will definitely be back next time we need a car, and I would recommend them to anyone.
I had a wonderful experience buying my car from here. They had a great selection of cars and they were excellently priced. They did not pressure me at... all and took the time to answer any questions about the car and warranty options. I am very pleased.
Stopped by the lot and they had 3 different vehicles I was interested in. No pressure sales, I test drove the one I liked the best and left to check out... some other lots nearby. Returned later that day after multiple other test drives, they were close to closing time but the salesman didn't pressure me for time or to make a decision. I finally decided on a vehicle and although it was after closing they stayed and helped me drive away with the vehicle I wanted.....for a price hard to beat also.
We bought a 2007 Toyota Prius back in April, 2016, and we went with Affinity Auto because of great reviews on this website. We were not disappointed.... Jessica was our saleswoman, and was extremely knowledgeable about the cars, and a pleasure to work with. We were in and out with a "brand new" car (for us) in about 3 hours! No hassle, no gimmicks, just straight up friendliness and customer service! We've had our car for 6 months and have had NO problems with it! We live in Colorado, and from now on, plan to return to Affinity Auto in Utah for EVERY car our family needs!
