Went here to purchase a vehicle these guys are completely dishonest and at the final contract they jack the sales price of about $3000 . And also attempted... to charge me a $1700 bank fee . Beware these guys are professional scammers
Attempted to contact them via website and on the phone. After 8 calls, someone finally answered. After the low ball trade in offer, now I keep getting... harassing phones from salesman everyday.
I had an excellent experience as usual when taking my car into the Service Department. I always get the same Service rep who always greet me with a very... pleasant attitude. He always explains the wait time for the services that I need at that time. Once everything is complete, he will explain the findings of the performances of my overall car. Then he tells me what I can expect at the next visit. I am always pleased with the way I am treated at this location. Keep up the excellent work!
This dealership sells LEMONS, couldn’t care less about making their customers happy and don’t right wrongs. I bought a 2017 Chevy Cruze (47k... miles on it) from here and a month into driving it the air goes out.. I have it repaired. Then three months into driving it the entire engine fails. Of course I’m extremely upset and I return to Don Jackson to trade out for another vehicle after Chevy fixes it. The process with the sales peole took days and hours of waiting around. I was treated with NO urgency at all. After false promises and having to pester the sales associates for two days I finally get to talk with David Quick the sales manager who then tried to treat my situation like any walk-in trade-in instead of an unsatisfied customer and demands thousands down for another car of the same year mileage and value. They refuse to accept the car I had only driven for THREE MONTHS for anywhere near the same price they sold it to me for, creating negative equity and locking me out of a chance to get a car of the same value. THE SALES MANAGER BLEW ME OFF after selling me a bad car and told me there was nothing he could do for me. DO NOT BUY FROM DON JACKSON. Half the cars I even looked at in the first place were cosmetically damaged. I find one that wasgood, buy it, and the engine fails... then I get the run around and rudely told they will do nothing to fix this.. PATHETIC PLACE OF BUSINESS.
I called and communicated with a salesman for a week on a vehicle I wanted to purchase. They told me the vehicle was available and ran my credit. I got... there the vehicle was sold and the salesman tried to sell me a different vehicle with more miles and higher in price. Very poor performance!
Obligatory, if I could give 0 stars, I would. Both sales and service are absolutely abysmal. I purchased a Fiat 124 Spider at this dealer, from a Fiat... sales manager who I don't believe had ever sold a car, or used a computer before in his life. It took over a month to process the paperwork, to finally receive my first bill the day before it was due. It took 3 months for my registration information to be sent to the county, and nothing was ever sent to my house to inform me my time wasn't being wasted every time I went to tag office to check on it. It is now 6 months in and I took it in for it's first service, for what was quoted to be a 2-4 hour service, and has now turned in to a 4 day service, with no end in sight. I have not received a single update from them, without my calling and waiting on hold for 20 minutes at a time, usually ending with me hanging up and calling back. Turns out that when they did the original repair, while finishing up, the mechanics broke something else that then to be repaired. That was 2 days ago and I have yet to hear anything more. I was also not offered a loaner car, because when I do get in touch with someone the response is that the car will be ready that afternoon. I have now called Fiat customer service to get them involved, and they are having the same issues getting any information as I am, or to get anyone to even answer the phone. I wanted a bit of an obscure car, and had issues at the other Fiat dealers around metro Atlanta, but when this dealer had the exact car I was looking for I thought I had hit the lotto. Turns out I am currently car-less and more stressed out then I have ever been in my life.
Bought a 2014 Sienna 18k miles with warrantee within 2 days $850 suspension repair. According to document from Zurich (Car Service Warrantee company)... my auto warrantee was not valid but this dealership so far has failed to refund my warrantee payment to my finance company. It has been over 60 days. As a Marine Veteran family money is already tight, I am disappointed in this dealership.
It is unfortunate that I need to write this but it is important. About a month ago I purchased a 2017 Ram from Don Jackson in Georgia, while I was in... Michigan. Everything through the purchase of the sale went smooth and the sales staff was very helpful. The problems started once the vehicle arrived. Once it came off the truck and drove it I immediately noticed a rubbing in the front wheel well. Upon inspection the inner fender well was cut and superglued on. I proceeded to call the dealership and ask them to return the truck to stock as this is a safety issue and this is something that if they did their job right upon their receiving the truck and inspecting it would have caught. They told me to take it to a dodge shop to have an estimate written up. I did that and they said to proceed with the repairs. Once the shop got into it they realized the bumper was bent and needed to replace it to do the job right. This is when things went from frustrating to horrible. The shop called me and said that Don Jackson’s General Manager Mr. Watts would not pay the difference. I then decided to call and speak with him where I thought he would be civil and respectful, but I was wrong. He proceeded to tell me that he knew who I was and that I was taking advantage of him along with the shop. When I said I just want my truck returned to stock and safe and that we could send him any pictures or documentation he proceeded to tell me he was being taken advantage of and that he was the customer and not me!!!!!!! When I then explained to him that this happens where things are different then on the surface and he proceeded to tell me that he doesn’t have a body shop so he doesn’t know. He must think I am an idiot because he is the general manager of a dealership with a full service department but continued to tell me the same line about him not having a body shop so he must be taken advantage of. He then proceeded to pull the “ hello are you still there” line and when he realized I was not going away he proceeded to insult me and treat me with sick disrespect I asked to speak to his boss who happened to be the owner. He said I am the boss so you can talk to me. After finally getting the owners email address and writing something similar to him I have heard nothing. Buyer beware as according to the leadership they are the customer and safety related issues are the new owners problem if they don’t exactly match the estimate.
We dealt with Austin in our experience with Don Jackson. He was a pleasure to work with. Austin took great care of us!! The dealership was very busy but... ran smoothly. I will definitely look here first on our next purchase. The only negative was hearing somebody yell out Roll Tide, but I can overlook that. Lol
Again my sales lady Crystal Ward was on point. Third time and this to was a charm. After talking to a internet salesman, I told them that I only deal with... Crystal. She called me and asked if I was ready to get out of my 2014 Chrysler 300 that I bought through her in Aug 2016. I said yes and she went to work. She did this while I was still at work and called me about 3 hours later and asked if I was ready to come get my new 2017 Chrysler 300. Again you came through for me and Ms. Dorothy. Thanks again for your help and the professionalism you display time and time again.
