Nothing says lack of customer care like selling an expensive luxury vehicle to a family and then completely ignoring their messages or calls once the sale becomes final. We bought an electric vehicle from this dealership and was provided with an incorrect charging cable. Our local dealership notified us of the discrepancy and we immediately tried to communicate with this dealership to rectify the issue. The ink was still wet on the paper and, yet, they were rude, dismissive, and completely ignored our dozens of attempts to try and resolve the issue. Even the simplest of requests or questions, such as whether they even had the charger, was met with complete disregard and an abrasive attitude. If you are in the market for a car and would like to be treated with a bit of decency and not be "sent to voicemail" as soon as the sale is done, then shop elsewhere. These individuals are shady and disrespectful.

This was an online purchase.

This was an online purchase.I would love to give them 0 stars. Do not buy from this dealership. They will constantly try to renegotiate with tacked on fees like $1,000 extra if you do not finance and $1500 for dealer fee. I had negotiated a fair price only to have the Sales Manager David, renege on the deal. When I confronted David with the situation he basically called me a liar when I relayed the conversation I had with his sales rep, denying his rep confirmed the deal. To add insult to injury, he said said since I am an attorney, he was not surprised I would lie. All of this took place over the phone as it was an out of state purchase. I would write what his rep said but I don't want to get him fired.

Miserable Experience.

Miserable Experience. On July 31, 2024, I visited Jaguar of Tampa to look at a 2013 Bentley GTC. It was beautiful with only 31,000 miles. I was told that it had passed their Multipoint Inspection for sale. I purchased this car that day ($ 73K including dealer fees and State Tax) and drove it from Tampa to Naples, FL. After driving for about 10 minutes, I noticed a whirring sound but didn’t think much of it. After driving it an additional 500 miles in the coming days, the convertible roof would not work and I got a “suspension failure do not operate” warning on the dash. I took it to a mechanic and paid $6,800 to have new front shocks, new air valve and re-aligned roof but the odd whirring continued. I drove this car an additional 250 miles and got a “3rd brake light” warning. I took it to a mechanic in Sarasota recommended by the manager from whom I purchased this vehicle to get him to check out the car. He fixed the brake light and the cruise control which involved replacing the steering wheel and LED brake light for $6,100. It still had the whirring noise which is apparently a vacuum issue. I spoke to the manager at Jaguar whether they would kick in something to defray the costly repairs to this car. They had to have had some idea of the issues with this car prior to the sale. They said “no”. I asked whether they would buy it back and they suggested $55K. I said I paid $73K, 1000 miles ago plus $ 12,900 in repairs. He said “Ok, how about $58K”? This is my experience with Jaguar of Tampa. I learned an expensive lesson, don’t rely on their inspection and if they sell you a lemon – make lemonade as they will give nothing back.

Awful.

Awful. Added $10k of fees onto the price of the car. Fee for not trading in, fee for not financing with them, $1500 doc fee (twice normal), a non tax fee (what the heck is that...). The prices they advertise are not what the car can be purchased at.

I was called by some one other than the dealer and I

I was called by some one other than the dealer and I requested partcular information about the vehicle that this person could not respond. As per the dealer an email without responses to my questions about the vehicle were forwarded to me. I know I'm located in Miami and the car I liked is in Tampa, so I needed to verify certain items about the car (certified warranty, service, any other discounts of the manufacturer, etc. ) before going up.
