I would highly recommend Nalley Honda everyone was very friendly even the staff I didn’t work with. Talking with Mr Tooley before I arrived he knew what I was looking for and had perfect cars set up for my test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and had an easy going personality that was really pleasant to work with. He also went out of his way to make arrangements to help my mom find her perfect car as well arranging same day delivery from a sister dealership. Then working with the finance officer Mr Price he was very informative and invested in educating me in all aspects of the deal and optional packaging. He was very personable and enthusiastic about his job. A big thank you to all of them for staying late to make sure we were all set and happy before we left.

Dealership made porwrk error causing me to have no
Dealership made porwrk error causing me to have no insurance, no tag. I got blown off by 3 people @ dealership. STILL not corrected since 10/17…..they had NO problem getting the commission porwrk correct. VERIFY your everything BEFORE getting a car from them.

Worst customer experience, hands down. Worked with a salesman drove an hour to their dealership, agreed on a price, made an appointment to purchase the car after they needed to do some service. They text me while I’m on my way, check in hand, to tell me they sold to someone else. Thomas and Chris Wilkins the sales manager…really awful thing to do to a customer.

I purchased a 2024 Honda CRV EXL from Nalley Honda in Union City because of the excellence I experienced in the Sales Dept with Maliik Tooley. I would highly recommend Mr. Tooley for sales. I experienced an issue with my tires and went to the Service Dept at Nalley Honda. They worked me right in and I was assigned an Internal Service Advisor, Errick Wheeler, who did an excellent job taking care of my issue. He immediately worked me in, diagnosed the problem as a nail in my tire as the reason it was losing air and took my car to the service area for the repair. It took about 30 minutes and he made sure not only my tire was repaired but that a Multi-point Honda Express Inspection was completed. With the excellent care I got, directed by Mr. Wheeler, he will be my “go-to” person for service in the future! Thanks for the excellent care! Nanette Manning

Had to get a new key and get it programed the Service guy Troy wonderful person made me feel really good throughout the whole process. And the parts guy Elijah very knowledgeable and kind kept me informed .I will come back for more work on my CRV

Justin Johnson is extremely rude, I was standing waiting to be seen and he told me in so many words to move because he was dealing with another customer and he wanted to give her his undivided attention. I’ve been waiting since 9 and not one time has he informed me about my vehicle. He asked another young lady which was nice to assist. He needs to work on his customer service

I came into the dealership without an appointment, just walked in. I was immediately greeted by Andre Dallas. He asked the normal questions and jumped into action to meet my needs. He provided prompt , professional service. Within two hours or so i was driving away with my new (Certified Pre-owned) Honda that not only met my needs but exceeded them. Andre is awesome at what he does. He has an outstanding personality and is extremely knowledgeable, he even threw in a few perks😊. I will definitely shop there again.
