Had to get a new key and get it programed the Service guy

Had to get a new key and get it programed the Service guy Troy wonderful person made me feel really good throughout the whole process. And the parts guy Elijah very knowledgeable and kind kept me informed .I will come back for more work on my CRV

Justin Johnson is extremely rude, I was standing waiting

Justin Johnson is extremely rude, I was standing waiting to be seen and he told me in so many words to move because he was dealing with another customer and he wanted to give her his undivided attention. I’ve been waiting since 9 and not one time has he informed me about my vehicle. He asked another young lady which was nice to assist. He needs to work on his customer service

I worked with Tonia Marigny. She was very personable and communicated the options clearly and answered all my questions. I was considering making my purchase with another competitor but I choose to do business with Nalley Honda because of her. This was my second purchase at Nalley Honda.

I came into the dealership without an appointment, just

I came into the dealership without an appointment, just walked in. I was immediately greeted by Andre Dallas. He asked the normal questions and jumped into action to meet my needs. He provided prompt , professional service. Within two hours or so i was driving away with my new (Certified Pre-owned) Honda that not only met my needs but exceeded them. Andre is awesome at what he does. He has an outstanding personality and is extremely knowledgeable, he even threw in a few perks😊. I will definitely shop there again.

Needs More Salesman like Cecil, to get the job don

Elijah Wilson thank you for GREAT SERVICE.

My experience with Nalley Honda @ Union City, was great. My appointment was scheduled for 8:20 am and they were ready to service my car immediately. My daughter was shopping to get a car. We went to Nalley Honda. We met Steven. Steven Miller is his name to be exact the moment we met Steven he made us feel welcome. Steven Miller was kind he was Alain patient. He didn’t pretend to know everything, but what he didn’t know he did his research and came back to gave us the answer. He listened. Let me say that AGAIN , he listened to what we were saying to him, he understood and he executed. He knows the cars well and was able to get my daughter in a brand NEW 2023 Honda accord. It is a beautiful ride. This dealership is so lucky to have someone like you Steven who really cares about their customers. And like you cared for us Steven!!! My service was amazing

I worked with Nevaeh Dutton recently as my service advisor and her professionalism was amazing. She was sweet, communicated well, and did not hesitate to fix any problem that I had. It was the easiest experience and I was extremely satisfied with the customer service. I tried to tip her and she wouldn't allow it, but it was well deserved.
