    I went to 3 different dealerships(DriveTime,us auto,Nissan) prior to coming to Kia, and all was the same results .😒I almost gave up on looking but i knew i really needed a car badly.I gave it one more try after networking on what???s the best options and better situation for my situation I went to Kia and miss lorde off the back made me feel like i belonged there and she was such great help. She did everything she could to make me happy with the end results And today I???m happy to say i got a car and most of all the car i wanted Thank you so much u are an angle 😁

    I went to Kia today and bought a new car. Jermaine and Blondie really rock! I was very undecided and overwhelmed with decision-making! Those two help me too make my decision feel comfortable and like family! I would just like to say if you want to buy a new car head on over there to Union City Kia and ask for Jermaine he will help you find what you need and get you in a car I promise! I left there one happy woman! And I have a new Kia family! Satisfied!

    On 9/28/17 I went to KIA to purchase a vehicle and I received the most AMAZING experience ever. They all provided great Customer Service. Mrs. Vivian was just Marvelous. Jermaine was not going to allow me to leave without a car. But Lorde she went far and beyond to make sure my kids and myself we're comfortable and happy. Til this day my kids still ask can we go back to see Ms. Lorde. That's just how amazing her personality and spirit is.     Sam Ajayi was very unprofessional. I reached out to him regarding the fact that it took 60 days for them to pay off my trade in and it had a negative affect on my credit. The dealership failed to pay off the car and I was told by Mr. Ajayi that he lost $3800 on the deal plus the payoff amount was $2000 more. He went on to say he could have asked for the car back but he ate the cost doing me a favor because I am a two time customer. The dealership is responsible for my credit being affected but they failed to take responsibility for their actions and I will be seeking legal action against the dealership for this. Whether I am right or wrong about anything I am still the customer and his customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I will never buy another car from them and recommend that no one else does either.

    Review sites are wonderful tools that help our business take corrective actions when we fall short .. However in today¿¿¿s world,businesses sometimes get an undeserving reviews from people who maliciously misrepresent facts with intent to harm the business. Jeffrey Mitchell signed a purchase agreement that stipulated that he understands we were using an estimated payoff on the car he traded in . It further stated and was agreed to, by his signature that any shortage on the amount owed is the sole responsibility of the debtor (Mr Mitchell) Jeffrey Mitchell chose to ignore us when we contacted him about shortage on his payoff amount to the tune of $2,436 .. while we were trying to reach him , the bank he financed his traded vehicle with was also calling him about his late payments .. this went on for two months until we were forced to payoff Mr Mitchell¿¿¿s indebtedness in order to secure the title to his trade in. Mr Mitchell came to the store after seven months from the date of the transaction seeking compensation and threatening legal action when we declined , he requested that a letter be written on his behalf to credit reporting agencies stating that he wasn¿¿¿t late in making his payments.. This is materially false and we were unable to comply with his request.. We look forward to defend any legal action and at our discretion seek to recover money owed to us due to the fact that we paid off the shortage on the amount he owed .

Also Exeter Finance stated to me that you didn't request a payoff amount until 5/22/17 which is 68 days after the trade in date. You really need to be worried about me seeking legal action because that is fraud and I am not the only one you have done that to. I am quite sure the payoff amount was what the contract stated at the time of the deal and it increased with the time you took to do so. This matter regarding my credit is the dealership's fault and this isn't a malicious rating but a truthful and honest rating about the fraudulent practices of this dealership. Also explain how did you resell my trade in 5 days later and you had NOT paid it off and how would you have been able to give me back my car AFTER you sold it to someone else. You never said anything about that but then of course you wouldn't.

I wonder how you are able to do that, sell a car and it's still under contract with someone else and you have NOT satisfied the payoff. I wonder how long the new owner of my trade in was able to get her tag registered in her name when the paperwork wasn't complete from my car, hmmmm. Maybe I need to get the government involved in this because it sounds like fraud to me

You failed to request the payoff amount from Exeter Finance within the 10 day period and that's why the payoff amount increased. As I stated before NO ONE called from your dealership and I have been in the dealership numerous times and no one ever brought up the discrepancy in the payoff amount. If there was a discrepancy then why no one said anything about it while I was there. This is a case of the dealership dropping the ball and I am left to deal with it.
