WORST EXPERIENCE EVER,BOUGHT A USED TRUCK AND WITHIN A DAY THE EXHAUST BROKE,AND NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER THE TRANSMISSION WENT BAD ALONG WITH A LAUNDRY LIST OF OTHER PROBLEMS,THE OWNER CHRIS SELLS JUNK AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE..ID GIVE 0 STARS

Nice guy that runs the place, but deceptive advertising.

Nice guy that runs the place, but deceptive advertising. It states guaranteed financing with $1500/ monthly income, but this is false. My recommendation is that you take your business to a more reputable company.

The service department manager "Rick" was very

The service department manager "Rick" was very disingenuous and should be ashamed to call himself a mechanic. To anybody that goes there to get their car worked on before the 90-day warranty is up let me explain to you what I went through. I went to them and explained that I was hearing a noise coming from the brakes or tires. Their excuse for the noise after looking the car over was the brake pads are Brembo and that the noise is normal. I took the car to Bob Johnson Auto group Maserati dealership in Rochester NY to find out the brake pads were at 4%, the tires were so bad you could see the wires inside of the tires and the oil change was never done. Am I pissed absolutely because this should have been done before I bought this vehicle. I had to spend $862.43 on tires and $3,656.39 on Brakes and an oil change that "White Horse Automotive" said was done but wasn't. All that being said, if you going to buy a luxury car whether it's a BMW, Maserati, or Mercedes do not buy it from them. Instead buy it directly from a dealership that owns and will repair your car, so you won't get jerked around like I did.

My family has bought at least 10 vehicles from Chris never a problem great to work with and Dom even drove me to my house to get paperwork I needed great experience every time

Bought a nice truck for a nice price salesman was great

Bought a nice truck for a nice price salesman was great but service after the fact was the worst I've ever seen took them two and a half months to pay off my trade in took me 3 months to get my registration I was trading in a 2015 Ford Explorer XLT fully loaded with 106,000 MI they tried giving me 8,000 for it and wanted me to go through their Bank who was going to charge me 15% interest I called for 3 weeks straight leaving messages on every answering machine I could but most of them weren't even set up or full never ever ever when I go back to that place always heard horror stories about them but I really like the truck so I thought I would give them a chance bottom line customer service absolutely sucked

Clown Show

They listed an RS3 for sale, which in my opinion should mean the car is ready to go. I could NOT have made this easier for the dealership. I bought this car SIGHT UNSEEN. They mailed me the finance stuff and I mailed it back. Fast forward 2 WEEKS and the car is STILL NOT READY!!! I have now paid insurance for 2 weeks and paid $100 for 2 different train tickets for my friend to drive the car down and take home. Take your business elsewhere unless you like wasting time, money, and energy. They tried to blame it on the Boost shop but again, the car was listed for sale on Cars.com. It should be ready to go at that time.

I have bought 12 pickups have 5 cars from white horse automotive from the owner Chris he has the best trucks in town used and new I have never encountered Any negativity negativity or bad servthe best place to buy a vehicle no a****** Chris goes the extra mile to make sure you get the best deal On the truck or the car you're buying The service Is the best in town I've gone to dealerships who have screwed up my vehicle's so bad That I never want back thank God for Chris bill and white horse automotive in Avon New York who has the best of everything
