This is my very first car I purchased on my own.. with the guidance of my parents. Mark Close was very approachable, and guaranteed me of things being... fixed before I even had to mention them. There was no sales pressure, and the process was smooth. When my parents came to look at the vehicle they were offered water and the staff was very accommodating. Overall it was a pleasant experience, and I walked away feeling I made a good decision getting my first car from this company. Thanks very much.
I cannot begin to explain the hurt and disappointment I am feeling after leaving Modern Infiniti of Greensboro today. My plan was to purchase myself ...a car for Christmas. I have owned an Infiniti for nine years. I love Infiniti, what it stands for and its customer service. I located an Infiniti M37 on the Modern Infiniti of Winston-Salem's website. I spoke to Mark before Christmas and arranged to come in the day after Christmas to test drive the car. From the pictures, I knew the car would be a perfect Christmas gift for myself. I drove four hours to see the vehicle. When I was 1.5 hours away, I contacted Mark to let him know that I was on my way to Winston-Salem to see the car. He notified me that the car was in Greensboro, not Winston-Salem, although the website stated the car was located in Winston-Salem...first red flag. I saw the car, fell in love with it and knew that I wanted to buy it. However, there was something white smudged at the bottom of the driver's door. Mark took the car to see if it could be removed and was told it couldn't. That was not his fault and I understood. What bothered me was how dismissive he was towards my father and I. I told him that I was still interested in the car and to let me know if the marking could be removed. He did not offer to show me another car, nor did he respond to my request to be contacted if the marking was removed. I'm not sure if his dismissive behavior was because someone else was already scheduled to purchase the car, or if he has already met his quota for the month. Clearly, he was not interested in assisting me with purchasing a vehicle. My 70+ year old father and I drove 4 hours to spend 15 minutes at a dealership to see a dismissive salesman. I wrote Infiniti a letter last month commending them on their customer service, so I know this is not the Infiniti way. I entered a luxury dealership full of hope and left feeling like I experienced a low-end dealership. This does not change my view of Infiniti and I will spend the rest of the week searching for a salesman who is interested in selling me an Infiniti M37.
Bad experience for the first experience. Scheduled and confirmed an appointment with Brittany for a test drive. Unfortunately the vehicle was sold bef...ore my confirmed appointment. Neither the dealership nor Brittany called to update me on the sell. Their location is not the most convenient location. I made time in my schedule to visit their dealership to learn the car was sold. How inconsiderate or a sales tactic. The car is still on the website as I type. I still haven't received a call back from Brittany. Also note that she was not even in the showroom for my scheduled appointment. They had to ask someone else to help me. Poor customer service especially when you are in sales. I will definitely remember my "Modern Difference" experience. It will be my last.

I called the service department and was told that I could come in anytime between 8am and 12pm for a simple oil and filter change on Saturday morning.... Well, I arrived at 10:45am and was told I was TOO LATE to get my car serviced!!!! I then called and spoke to the service manager who was just as dispointing. I was even more disappointed when I called to speak to the General Manager only to find out there isn't one! Once I get rid of this infiniti, I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER ONE, NOR WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY MODERN DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DeVon, thank you for sharing your concerns. Oil change service on Saturday mornings are handled on a first come, first serve basis. We apologize for a...ny misunderstanding, but upon your arrival our service advisor shared with you that there were two customers ahead of you and that it would be around a two hour wait to have service completed on your vehicle. He offered you the opportunity to wait, or to come back on another day for a shorter wait time if two hours would be too long. Our Service Director, Tony Gasque, and General Sales Manager, Brad Hagler, are both highly qualified to handle any concerns that you may have with our dealership. Again, we apologize for any misunderstanding, and we hope that we can regain your trust. Finally found a dealership that actually cares about you! Service department is outstanding and they try their best to accommodate your needs! Since m...y job as a Realtor keeps me on the Road, I frequent Modern A LOT! And with their awesome loaner program, they have a vehicle waiting for me when I arrive, so I don't miss a beat!!

My car buying experience at Greensboro's Modern Infiniti was one of the best I have ever had! From the first day I visited the dealership, I was welco...med and treated respectfully, professionally, but also in the most friendly manner. I was presented with my car options, educated on each one, given accurate financial options, and in the following days, I was contacted with more information. This group worked together to not only find the car I requested, but to make it work in my budget. Car buying can be fairly stressful, but the group at Modern Infiniti in Greensboro worked to make my purchase one that was extremely enjoyable. I highly recommend Modern and thank Brad, Mark, Jim, and Josh for all your help...and I love my car!

I am completely blown away by the service at the Wendover location. After purchasing my 2013 JX35 from the WS location, I was very dissatisfied with m...y service. I experienced a terrible water leak that soaked the interior of my car. When following up with the WS location, I was accused of leaving my windows down causing the problem. I was devastated. I returned the car twice for investigation without resolvement and continued to be treated as if the problem was my fault. My heart was broken that I lost joy in my car buying experience. I desperately wanted the customer experience from a quality dealership versus "other" dealers. And, interestingly, I never received a customer service e-mail such as this one. Finally, we decided to take my JX to the Wendover location. Billy and Tony performed a complete investigation to find that my sunroof was not installed properly and the draining systems were completely clogged. They disassembled my car, replaced the stinking carpet, replaced the pillars and aligned all my doors, sunroof, etc. to ensure appropriate seals. To that end, the folks at Wendover maintained professionalism and never once talked ugly about about their sister dealership. I look forward to my ongoing relationship and next purchase at the Wendover location!
