Great New Car Buying Experience
I purchased 2015 Ford Explorer at Garnet Ford. From online vehicle research to test drive to final purchase, it has been an excellent experience. Salesperson Anthony Dorazio was very helpful to me in finding the exact vehicle I wanted, trading in my previous car, and completing the purchase quickly and efficiently. Great people, excellent work
Wayne Thomas went out of his way to get everything done to my car that needed to be done. One recommendation is that when the customer drops their car off the person checking them in asks the customer when they need the car back.

Service to my 2011 F-250
We have had two vehicles that have been serviced at Garnett over the years. The workmanship has been tops by your technical staff. I really appriciate working with David Richards in your truck/fleet dept. He has worked with me on several occasions to help with my 2011 f-250. The most recent visit i requsted a loaner because i felt it was going to take several days. He came through for me and it is a huge help so its minimal impact on me getting to and from work. Once again, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!

I drive a fleet 2013 Ford Taurus. It has been to Garnet for PM, as well as a few recall notices. Wayne Thomas is the Service Associate/Consultant who is my point of contact. On my first visit to Garnet Ford, he surprised me by looking into whether or not service was already part of the fleet agreement with "my" car. Turns out it was not, but I had not thought of the possibility. Wayne has been unswervingly cordial; he has always kept me fully apprised on status and aware of the relative urgency for each of the various recall issues.

Service Dept is wonderful!!
I brought my 2009 Expedition in for a noise that another dealership, had told me was a major engine component and would cost $2500. My wonderful technician, Bob, was driving through the parking lot with me on our way to test drive for the noise. We got halfway through the parking lot, he heard it, put the truck on the lift and as it turns out, the noise was a $3.17 heat shield clamp. My truck was done in a half hour. They saved me time, money and most importantly unneeded engine work. I can't thank Brian Devoll, Bob and Ira enough.
