F150 buy

Firstly, I must commend Ted, my sales representative, for his exceptional service throughout the process. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me.However, I regret to say that apart from Ted's excellent service, my overall experience was quite disappointing. Upon arriving at the dealership, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my satisfaction with the purchase: Pricing Discrepancy: The price of the car listed online differed from the price quoted at the dealership, leading to confusion and frustration. Registration Process: The management seemed unprepared and lacked knowledge on how to process vehicle registration. This led to unnecessary arguments and delays, despite my attempts to clarify the process. Lack of Time and Attention: Despite placing the vehicle on hold for three days, I felt rushed during the purchase process. Several issues I raised were not addressed due to purported time constraints. Payment Method Concerns: There were unnecessary doubts raised about the legality of my payment method, including unwarranted inquiries into my banking details and financial status. Post-Purchase Issue: To add to the disappointment, the vehicle experienced a leak from the sunroof the day after the purchase, indicating potential oversight in the inspection process.I believe these issues highlight areas where improvements can be made to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline the purchasing experience at your dealership.

Review update

My experience was very friendly kept me informed of what was going on at all times. I waited for my car and they kept that in mind and got it done as soon as they could. I was very pleased with the way they took care of me.

Auto Inspection

Garnet Ford ia a convenient and relaiable facility for drop off and inspection. Wayne Thomas is pleasant to work with, and though our car passed inspection, he additonally let us know of any aspects to be considered before next time (ie. brake and tire levels). Nice touch in having car ready up front for pick up.

My new Ford Edge

What can I say, it is a Ford Edge just like my last one, except this is a 2024 with all the gizmos. It is a sweet ride I love the fact that there is no difference, or very little between this one and my 2021 Edge. I have been getting cars from Garnet Ford in Chadds Ford, PA for many years and highly recommend them for both sales and service.

2019 F250 Superduty Service

Dave was very thorough, courteous and easy to understand. They got everything done that was needed and in a timely manner. By far, they are the best dealership service department I ever dealt with.
